Contemptuous, pathetic customer care
Bought a Viseo 200T touchscreen. I want to mount it onto a stand using its vesa mounting bolts.
To do this, I needed to remove the rear tilt/support... that went smoothly. There are 2 fixed, perspex feet at the front. No mention of them in the user guide. Not wishing to risk damaging the monitor, I turned to Packard Bell (UK), customer services. Oh, they said that they understood my concern (standard reply content) and they would look for a solution (standard reply content).
This organisation wants their customers to use a charged telephone number. The suggested remedies had NO relevance to feet on the monitor whatever, mentioning drivers etc! After 3 attempts to get an answer from Packard Bell, they sent a message tellung me that they don't have documentation for the monitor and, that I should take it to a local technician! Who, where? Contact details?
This is the pathetic, unhelpful response from the manufacturers. IMHO.... INVEST NOTHING in purchasing from this company, they do not deserve your custom.
