Purchased an ebook for over $65 and was unable to open. Tried on multiple devices to troubleshoot. Attempted to reach customer support 6 times over two days. Never reached a human nor received call back. Class in in progress and no textbook. Guess will try Cheggs and go through credit card dispute so I can get my $$$ back from this useless service.

I love how this company rose from Shark Tank and how great they are. I only needed a few text books, and I used them to buy mine. They found me the least expensive options available, and I checked back, and they added several titles. They help save so much money, and their site is easy to use and find what you need. I just wish they were around before I became a junior. But I can save hundreds when I go through my senior year and graduate school with them, so I'm glad I know about them now!

I wish I knew about Packback before I started this school year! The amount of money I could have saved on textbooks is ridiculous. This is seriously one of the better ideas to come from a start-up company and it's something that college students everywhere can relate to.

Finally a company that understands how hard money is on college students. I'm a junior in college and I wish I knew about packback earlier because it would've saved me tons of money.
