Hi, I have a really bad experience with this courier, at the moment my luggage is still nowhere to be found after providing full details description. Instead, I received a cardboard box which I refused, they still cannot track where the exchange of label happened after a month, no updates, no customer service to talk via phone nor chat.
Liars
Waited all day on the porch for a package out for delivery, they never came and said they'd "attempted delivery" and I was out. Absolutely no way to contact their customer service whatsoever, and their tracking is no help either. Terrible service, wasn't my choice to use them but I'll make damn sure I never do after this.

Packlink disaster
I contracted the service with Packlink on 13.5 and they were supposed to pick up the package on 15 and nobody went. I then I had to do it all myself and contact Royal Mail. I might as well have done it directly with Royal Mail and cut out the middle man. They did not help me solve the problem just sent annoying automatic replies. Its 26.5 and still no package or update on the tracking.

The insurance is a scam
The insurance is a scam. I sent 17 packages with an insurance of 2500€ (the maximum). They destroyed 1 package with a value (proved) of 1450€ and gave me 206€ because they divide the insurance by the number of kilograms sent. They don't look for the users, they look for their own greed.
Do not use this web for your packages. Run Away.

Can't I put less than 1 star? This company is clearly overcharging for silly things, misleading customers into a funnel so then they have to pay extra costs for everything. Much better to hire directly the companies.

I booked Zeleris via Packlink to collect 5 boxes from our supplier and deliver to a customer.
The boxes were labelled and ready for collection the same day ready for following day collection.
Zeleris never turned up which I appreciate is not Packlinks fault but there was no support from Packlink. I could not cancel the job as the Packlink reference did not work. You cannot call packlink, there is no telephoner number that works.
I booked another courier who completed the delivery without any problems.
I put a claim in for the 18.22 euros I had paid Packlink. THE CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT WAS REJECTED AS ZELERIS HAD LIED ON THE TRACKING CLAMING THE GOODS WERE NOT READY FOR COLLECTION.

Beware of this unprofessional,incompetent company of scammers.If you do use them do NOT under any circumstances pay for their worthless insurance.When they damage your parcels they WILL blame you ,the customer for not packing your goods in 4 different boxes inside each other,and following their small print rules,theyWILL NOT admit that their carriers were incompetent and careless when handling your fragile package, despite being labeled as Fragile and well packed in 25 meteres of bubble wrap plastic .Their customer service is a disaster and you will have a very frustrating fight on your hands to try to make a claim on their insurance.I will never use Packlink again,and if you do then good luck,you will need it.

The Company doesn't really manage issue in case of problem with delivery and you don't have any real control/leverage on the logistic company that is providing the final service. The lack of phone support was very annoying. Better deal directly with the real delivery company as the service is 0.

They charged my card for an order that isn’t even mine. Be cautious and steer clear of this company.

If I could give zero stars a would. This company scams their customers illegally and should be shut down. My package was returned unsent. Packlink then took an unauthorised amount from my credit card as they claimed the package was 3 cm bigger than I paid for. I sent them photographic evidence it wasn’t. After two weeks emailing back and forth they returned my money minus €47.50 with no explanation of why the package was returned. They first said it was over size, then they said documents were out of date (I disproved that as well with photo evidence). I’m shocked they were able to take money without my authorisation, and I’m shocked they still can’t provide a reason. After two weeks I’m done dealing with the company and out of pocket €47.50

Zero customer service ! If it is not for price, I would not use them, they shut down all cust communication.

Charged for my package being damaged en route
Package damaged en route from Spain to Netherlands. No communication but remains then returned to me two weeks later in a different box. Three weeks later my card is charged without authorisation by Packlink as the dimensions of the returned box did not match what I originally sent. Customer service absolutely useless.

I am not the one to typically leave a bad review, but in this case it had to be done...
I booked a pickup from the UK, a few parcels with my belongings from Barcelona, where I got my storage to Málaga, where I am moving to, as I am on a very tight schedule between the movements and work.
I flew to Barcelona early morning on the given day, had a timeslot between 2pm and 8pm. Waited around my storage in the cold for hours. No phonecall, no one showed up, not an email, not a single notification. I tried calling the helpline, no success getting through to anyone. I have sent a complaint email, all I got was an automated message with an option to rebook my collection.
I do not trust they will show up again, so tried cancelling and asking for refund, which was not an option.
I have wasted not only the money for the parcels, but also for the flights, food and drinks while trying to keep warm, but most importantly also the time and the stress as I really needed what is in that storage.
There is no way to actually speak to anyone, no-one replies to emails with solutions, not even an apology.
Terrible.
I am having to re book the flights last minute and fly over again for a much bigger cost and arrange with someone else, who hopefully will be more reliable, but the money and the time is gone.
Safe to say, i will not be looking into booking through them again.
International courier service
International courier service is really very bad.
Specially on couriers which are unknown and cost is very small difference of 5 to 8% compared from brands like DHL, FEDEX etc..
i would never recommend Skynet or any courier which is unknown, as Packlink has no tel number to call for customer attention service, Parcel delivered in India on 7 Dec and till 24 Dec is not delivered. i think by 27 should get it.
