Emma emailed to advise more stock was coming, and if I ordered second item, she would batch it up with first item and post together. Job done! Easy! Will definitely be buying from Paddlefast again. Superb company
I cannot fault the service I received from Emma.
Not only did she take the time to help me select the correct paddle board but she also sent an email with alternative options. She was extremely friendly and helpful.
After payment the board arrived within a few days.
As it’s a gift we haven’t opened box yet but it is certainly well packaged.
I will certainly use the company again.
