TD5 viscous fan spanner did not fit the three bolts holding on the pulley - had to file the three holes larger to be able to use it!

I am disappointed
More than a month ago, I reported missing items from my order. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. I understand that mistakes and shipping problems can happen. What matters is how a company responds when they do.
Unfortunately, the response has been slow, and I have not felt that resolving my issue has been treated as a priority. Customer satisfaction does not appear to be a top priority, as delays and internal circumstances seem to take precedence over providing a timely solution.
I had high expectations based on the quality of the product itself, but the after-sales service has been very disappointing.
Pros: The product quality appears to be good, and the company has an extensive product range, offering plenty of choice within this niche market.
Cons: Very slow resolution process, poor communication, and disappointing customer service.
