I had an issue with an Internet…
I had an issue with an Internet connection and lost a bet I had placed and the rules stated that its automatically played on the punters behalf. I got put through to a customer service agent called Caroline and she had the issues investigated and the stake returned as a good will gesture within 5 minutes. Very helpful ,understanding kind and demonstrated a skill set for customer service that's a credit to her. She represents the company to a very high standard and contributes enormously in giving the company an excellent name in the market. TOP DOLLAR CAROLINE and thanks again.

Closed account when I tried to withdraw my money from my friends account, I now understand why as you can’t have a 3rd party on an account that’s my bad and my mistake. But why would you allow a 3rd party to deposit as much as they want but soon as it comes to withdrawal you close the account. Got no issues in taking the money, should at-least be reimbursed. Cant have it both ways!
