Paddy Power sent Me an email a day during Cheltenham Races, offering me a Free £5 bet. Had £10.59 in my account at the time.Took them up on their offer for 2 days and placed 2 free £5 Bets. they lost with no returns.On the third day i tried to take up their offer again via the link in my email from Paddy Power.My account had been Debited £10 for the 2 "FREE" Bets and i needed to Pay in another £10 to my Account to take up the Offer of another £5 Bet...or outright theft as speaking to 2 Agents,Oisin and Jason seemed agree as they Denied they were Free Bets. Bad News Bad Company.

Not suprised the one's s who think they special have such bad review here. Why do they make out customer has gambling problems when it's them advertising on tv spending well over 20mil year on them while making out customers have the problem but they the one's suffer consequences of new player's getting wins like most fraudulent sites all seems good at start but soon you find they shocking. The last big win was more than £1.75million at the Lyon Le Vert Casino in September 2020.

The £2.2million jackpot was a record for the Saint-Amand-Les-Eaux casino across all of the house's games since it was established in 1973.

The Cash out button shouldn't even be there in running with the Racing. Every time you press it, it comes back with Suspended. Even though its just shown you the cash out amount!!!!! I’ve just discovered I have lost my priority status with PP after many years of custom.

All it boils down to is that following being issued with a £25 free bet, I managed to win £2k. Which I withdrew. In the subsequent weeks/months I continued as normal.

Being considered as a priority customer I had to place 5 x £50 bets a week to receive a £50 free bet the following week. That had been the case for a long time. This also entitled you to a weekly account review where additional rewards could be added - usually only if you lost mind, though PP would never admit that 😞

However, after making a complaint having had no further rewards after winning the £2k, I also noticed the weekly £50 free bet had reduced to £10. Furthermore, I wasn’t entitled to any further weekly reviews. Bad taste or what? Subsequent shocking customer service has meant I will be taking my custom elsewhere
