Forget to tell you about import tax. Avoid

Didn't feel it was clear enough that the prices excluded VAT. It mentioned import duty not being included at checkout which I naively assumed to be a token £5-£10 but was slapped with a further £50 bill on my one padel racket. Otherwise experience was fine just disappointing to have spent more than I wanted and had to wait longer for it to be shipped from overseas. Will ensure I use a UK based company going forward

Price is right; however, the shipping costs could be more transparent.

It said that the shipping was free before checkout, and only once I entered my address, it show me the cost. Would be a better user experience if they figured out where I was before displaying "free shipping."

Great was worried about my fee but as my ordered totalled to around £50 there was no custom charge delivery was 7 days to Uk great service and shipped next day after bought lovely racket

I needed to purchase new shoes and other items urgently before an important padel event abroad. Since the deadline was very close, I chose to pay extra for air transport to make sure the package would arrive on time. However, in reality the order was shipped by ground transport instead.

The store made no real effort to resolve the situation with the carrier or to help ensure I would receive my package on time. I was offered a refund for the extra shipping cost, but only after I receive the package. Since the package is not with me yet – and won’t be for more than a week – I have no way of knowing whether this refund will actually happen.

Please be cautious and double-check what shipping method is actually being used, even if you pay for air delivery.

I’ve had some problems with the return of the order not from padel nuestro but from the shipping company and Rubén was helping me 24/7 to the point that I received my refund, very good customer support from him!

Los zapatos fueron devueltos sin uso, sin estrenar y en la CAJA ORIGINAL proporcionada por el vendedor.
A pesar de ello, la empresa se niega a reembolsar el dinero, alegando que la etiqueta de devolución pegada en la caja supone un "daño".
Dicha etiqueta es retirable sin afectar la caja, y el producto se encuentra en estado completamente nuevo.
Actualmente, la empresa retiene tanto el producto como el importe pagado, lo cual considero desproporcionado, injustificado y perjudicial para el consumidor.
El servicio de atención al cliente ha sido poco colaborador y nada orientado a la resolución del problema.
Recomiendo precaución a futuros compradores, especialmente en lo relativo a devoluciones у reembolsos.

I purchased shoes from this store and exercised my legal right of withdrawal within the allowed period.
The shoes were never worn, unused, and returned in the ORIGINAL box provided by the seller.

Despite this, the company refuses to issue a refund, claiming that a return shipping label placed on the box constitutes “damage.”
The label is removable without harming the box, and the product itself remains in perfect, new condition.

The seller is currently keeping BOTH the returned goods AND my payment, which I consider unreasonable, disproportionate, and contrary to consumer protection principles.

Customer support has been uncooperative and unwilling to resolve the issue.
I strongly advise other buyers to exercise caution, particularly regarding returns and refunds.

Seller Refuses Refund – Keeps Both Product and Money

I legally exercised my right of withdrawal within the allowed return period.

The shoes were returned unused, in perfect condition, and in the ORIGINAL box provided by the seller.

Despite this, the company refuses to issue a refund, claiming that placing a shipping label on the box constitutes “damage.” The label can be removed without harming the box, and the product itself remains brand new.

The seller is currently keeping BOTH the returned goods AND my payment, which I consider unreasonable, disproportionate, and contrary to EU consumer protection laws.

Customer support has been uncooperative and unwilling to resolve the issue.

I strongly advise other buyers to exercise caution, particularly regarding returns and refunds.

El vendedor se niega a reembolsar y retiene producto y dinero

Ejercí mi derecho legal de desistimiento dentro del plazo permitido.

Los zapatos fueron devueltos sin uso, en perfecto estado y en la CAJA ORIGINAL proporcionada por el vendedor.

A pesar de ello, la empresa se niega a reembolsar el importe alegando que una etiqueta de envío en la caja constituye un “daño”. La etiqueta puede retirarse sin perjudicar la caja, y el producto sigue completamente nuevo.

Actualmente, el vendedor retiene TANTO el producto devuelto COMO el dinero pagado, lo cual considero desproporcionado y contrario a la normativa europea de protección al consumidor.

El servicio de atención al cliente no ha mostrado voluntad de resolver el problema.

Recomiendo a otros compradores extremar la precaución, especialmente en devoluciones y reembolsos.

The seller’s response is legally incorrect and misleading.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and its implementation in Spanish law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), a consumer who exercises the right of withdrawal is entitled to a full refund, unless there is a proven and proportionate loss in product value caused by use.

A shipping label placed on the original shoe box does NOT constitute product damage and does not justify withholding the full purchase price.
At most, a minor and proportionate deduction could be considered — but keeping both the goods AND the payment is unlawful.

Furthermore, contract terms or internal policies cannot override mandatory EU consumer protection law. Any clause attempting to deny a lawful refund is legally void.

The product was returned:
• unused
• unworn
• in original condition
• in the original packaging provided by the seller

The seller is currently retaining both my returned goods and my money, which is disproportionate, abusive, and legally indefensible.

This matter has been escalated through PayPal Buyer Protection and is being documented for consumer protection authorities.
If the full refund is not issued, formal legal steps will follow.

I strongly advise other consumers to exercise caution when purchasing from this company, especially regarding returns and refunds.

Very fast processing, slight delay because of DHL.

Bought items on black friday. After delivery ask for the refund on 4th December. They kept saying it on the way. Then later said my bank details were not right. Since then took one month to receive only part of the refund. Then later after many emails from me they noticed that made a mistake and did not refund for a couple more items. Now it is the 27th of January and still no full refund given. Very poor customer service communication.

Refund received after 2 months of my attempt to sort this out. Padel Nustro you can see all my emails since I started on 4th December. You don't feel sorry after so many mistakes, time waisted.

Like: easy to order with sufficient updates
Dislike: time of delivery. It took more then a week to deliver my racket in Brussels, Belgium.

The delivery was pretty slow, with not much communication. When my shoes arrived they were a little small so I needed the bigger pair. To organise a return it is a frustrating and long winded process. Despite already re buying the bigger size I had to go through numerous emails to organise a return and full refund. I sent them back (which cost me £15) I think the whole process of buying a pair, returning and then receiving new ones will take a month.

Ordered Adidas racket and the top layer started coming off and after 6 months the Adidas logo was half-gone. Contacted the store and after sending some photos and proof I got a refund. This was a pleasant experience!

The entire proces worked as expected, so I am satisfied.
