On January 7th I ordered and paid for a padel racket.
First I got the wrong tracking number and then the package went to the wrong address. After contacting Costumer Services several times, they promised to send me the racket again. It's been a month now and I haven't received a tracking number or delivery. no one answers me anymore and everyone ignores me. Completely bad service, I demand my money back immediately!!!
