It's a great way to get restarted
It's a great way to get restarted, down size. Put your things in storage , all you need is your everyday essentials, sheets , pillows , blankets, most have the bed, desk with chair, free wifi and Internet.No deposits, no utilities to pay. Just your weekly dues, that you can pay in advance, or pick the day of your payment. After 6 months you get a free week. For me that's $250 back into my pocket. You have rules to follow, and being able to clean up after yourself is very important. Be respectful, any problems don't get involved...trust me...things happen, just let your host know...and they will take care of it. You are able to change locations too. Word ....when choosing always pick units with your own private bathroom..and units that aren't fully occupied. Also be sure to check the location of the home before you decide to move into a unit. Ask to tour the property as well. Also price range keeps it good as well. I suggest you don't go below 250 a week. It keeps the riff raff in their court. So with that said $1000 a month all bills paid, free washing and drying, no utilities, free internet, it smaller yes but you can save some money for sure. I live in a brand new home, 10 bedrooms, all with glassed in showers in each room, 2 full size washer and dryer, full kitchen and table with everything you need to cook and eat on, then 2nd and 3rd story's have their own 1/2 kitchen with fridge , microwave, sink and cabinets for your grocery's. I'm at 6846 Avenue S. Houston, 77011. Tell them Timothy T , referred you, get your move in fee reduced to 0. If you aren't employed, just pay your first 3 months upfront. Your in ..after that you go to week , week. This place is safe, clean , no riff raff, no problems, nice Hispanic neighbors, families. I love it here. Right on bus route, restaurants, shopping, get on the the train 10 minutes away.. straight to all Houston has to offer downtown. Don't forget to tell them when you Call Pad split that Timothy T . Referred you to address 6846 Ave S. For perks and discounts. Ask for Nat, yes Nat...with Pin Property Group..he's the the man that gets it all done ..Pin Property Group, ask for Nat, Timothy T referred you.you have the address ...7 units available.Short term or as long as you need the room. Terms apply for discounts in some cases

My experience has been fine so far. I stayed in other Padsplit for two years and two months. I'm not happy that you're system charged me a $24.99 late for moving out late. When I moved out before 9am MTS. I have called about this error and a ticket was submitted. I'm still waiting on my refund.

Padsplit customer support is god-awful they offer no real assistance for anything. Here in hawaii hurricane Lala knocked out the power for most of the island I called padsplit told them what happened and i wouldn't get paid until the power was restored. The best they offered was to open a ticket for host approval for an extension but would still charge late fees even after the payment was made. Why charge late fees after a damn hurricane?

This platform has been incredibly helpful for me and others who may be in a tough spot in life. I haven’t been able to get traditional housing for a while due to my credit so this has been a game changer for me! I was also able to move out of my hometown into a whole new city! THINK ABOUT PARKING !!!!!
Absolutely amazing service. Before it was nearly impossible to find a room to rent, but now it's easy. Here in Phoenix there are tons of nice rooms and I found a wonderful place in Goodyear. My host is very responsive and respectful. My roommate is quiet and clean. The house is gorgeous and my commute to work is a lot shorter now. The only downside is parking. In most of Phoenix you will have to park your car on the side of the road and not in the driveway. That is something you need to think about before renting.

Moving in on credit really made the experience great for me. There is a lot a flexibility with the payment platform, of course there is a 25$fee each weeks but that fee is what allows the flexibility.
