PA rob their tennants. Every year they send out service charges, we are charged for bulk rubbish removal but we have wheely bins, communal window cleaning when there are no communal windows and 50 quid a year for communal electric - thats to run 3 led light bulbs on motion detectors and timers. Complained about this several times and no action has been taken. Next step is the ombudsman. The estates team do not call you back nor will the call center staff direct you to them. Community housing officers quit faster than politicians and there is no local contact for help. Avoid if you can.

Worst customer service ever i m trying to get in touch with my neighbourhood coordinator for 2 weeks lots of e mails back and forth from different departments and still nothing its borderline ridiculous

Recently I had a shower installed and tiles fitted ..the work team behind all this was absolutely brilliant very professional and did the job brilliant cannot fault them .they explained everything and mannerisms was 10/10... Bathroom is small yet they never complained and worked around the furniture and the job was complete cannot thank them enough x

I have been in contact with Abi from the Tenancy Sustainment Team. She successfully helped me renew my PIP.
Abi is so professional, kind, calm and helpful. She arranged for a 3 way telephone call so I didn't have to speak to the DWP on my own & sorted out technical problems with the online forms. I wouldn't have been able to complete the hideous thing without help.
Everyone I've had contact with from the Tenancy Sustainment Team over the years have been quietly helpful. They are vital to have around when the DWP can be so hostile.

Had a new bathroom installed, work took a little longer than anticipated but communication was excellent. Was notified what would be happening amd how things were being done. Steve from p.a and Clare from Pilon were brilliant, contant check-ins and calls round to check progress and if anything needed sorting or rectifying they sorted it. All contractors weee friendly and efficient and cleaned up well after their visits. Overall im happy with my bathroom and service i received feom all involved. Thankyou.

Linda Robinson was incredibly helpful. She took her time to support me and truly listened. I contacted her regarding my rent arrears on a very difficult day, as I had just lost my mum suddenly and I was completely broken. Linda showed so much compassion and kindness, and she really helped me feel calmer and supported during such a painful time. She is very professional, caring, and supportive, and she truly deserves a big star.

In the year I have lived, here I have lived in fear after a criminal assault on me, PA stated to the Police there was no CCTV? My water heating has constantly failed with E2 error messages they have still failed to repair nor replace this, my water bill was £187!! The Neighbourhood coordinator failed to proved any water metre reading from the date I moved in, so after many requests I finally asked his manager who then provided this. The second lift has not been working nor repaired for 6th months in a 9 storey building this is a major health and safety issue re Grenfell 🙏.( They never learn it cost too much)... Finally their Anti social team are liars, arrogant and absolutely corrupt, totally a law unto themselves, like rat catchers in the basement were they live.. they are anti social by creation like a corrupt cop with a warrant card… they should be fired asap!!!!Finally the Housing Ombudsman is aware of their negligence and upheld complaints against them !! They don’t learn…. even after Grenfell . Property developers have blood on their hands! They don’t give damn!!! Peace!! It’s all about the £££££££
Ongoing repair query.
I have now rang 3 times regarding the outside security lights being out causing the whole complex being in darkness from 4.30 onwards, this started on 15th January, I started phoning on the Friday ( still takes at least half an hour to get through) and was told it was an emergency due to the nature of the circumstances. Someone came out that afternoon but did not have the ladders to sort the problem. I waited till after the weekend to phone again and was told it had been noted and that the company dealing with the process had been informed once more. I phoned once more today 21st January and the person said he would phone the company while i was on the phone, he tried for 20 mins to contact this company without avail as he couldn't get an answer, so nothing resolved again

Id rate them lower if I could. From no internal doors for 4 years, hate crimes against me where I live. no window vents and lots of safeguarding failures. also failed to respond to a stage 2 complaint on time and lied over and over. I have all the calls recorded. see you in court.

Shahaed at the wolsey building, he started this activity called housing surgery and believe me it helps us resident a lot. He helps us understand bills, helps us with our mobile issues, helps with mobile contracts making sure we are not being scammed, helps with email and many more. These session gives us peace of mind knowing shahaed is here to help us. Am glad he stayed at wolsey.

Spoke to a lovely lady Linda regarding a change in my tenancy and chasing up my original deposit. She was thorough and very polite, she explained what she was doing and looking at so I was aware. I felt really valued as a customer rather than a number.
Although we didn't finish the call completely knowing the answers to all my questions she advised what she was going to do to follow up and has arranged a date to call me with an update.
It's not very often I feel heard over the phone and quite often feel fobbed off when I make a call, but wow, what amazing customer service skills Linda has. She certainly is a rare gem!.
