Very good service

Very good service. Room is warm . View is very beautiful through the window. Weekly cleaning is superb . Kitchen facilities is brilliant. I enjoyed my stay for 3 months.

Unresponsive.
Don't help with issues, I.e. parking, which should sit with them but they won't help with bullying and horrible neighbours.
High prices that go up at least twice a year for rent and "maintenance". I've been here for nearly 8 years and never seen anything maintained!

Such a disgrace and owful company !

Such a disgrace and owful company !! I have lived their property for 10 years. We have issue with our toilet getting blocked and flooding. We raised the complaint back in 2023 and still not dealt with!!! It’s impossible to get to customer service and if you are lucky they will book some one you. We take unpaid leave to stay home and wait but no one will turn and say there was no one in the property. Even on emergency booking they don’t show up !!

Eden Park corby

My partner lived in supported accommodation at Eden Park in corby. The staff are accommodating and reassure the tenants when issues arise they promptly give advice and support to help each and every individual need. Without this service provided many young woman would be homeless. A big thank you and hands up to the staff in there!

Data Breach

i was sent an email by PA that included my full home address as the subject line , i regard this as a data breach as subject lines in email are highly visible and can easily be intercepted online . PA claim its ok to do that and my data rights have not been breached , surely as its my data it should be my decision , sadly they employ many clowns who work from home , sometimes when you call them and wait 30 minutes you get to speak to a nice person but regardless of that no improvements are ever made and no lessons are ever learnt , can i ask other PA residents if they ever get emailed with their full address as the subject line ? their data protection officer is about as useful as a cat flap in an elephant house . PA need new management and better staff

Gas Team

Had my annual gas service completed last week due to the poor communication between Sureserve and myself no letter received turn up on 3 occassions without booking appointment then i was furious as received a legal letter from Jade but once she had got involved from start to finish all issues were resolved and got another appointment 2 days later when i was available, asset to PA Housing should be promoted for her proffessionalism and can do attitude.

In December 2023 I had my water tank…

In December 2023 I had my water tank from upstairs burst open causing a leakage downstairs which collapsed my ceiling and damaged my personal belongings. PA housing said that they will refund me the money that I lost in personal belongings. This wasn't easy to get as I felt I was being ignored. I then met my Neighbourhood Coordinator Aquib Mahamed who went above and beyond to help me receive the refund. He kept in touch often to keep me updated... And after some time went by he made sure that the refund was processed into my bank account without further delay. I just want to thank him for all his support in helping me. Thank you Aquib!

Lies and no maintenance or repairs

Office staff lie on the phone, do not pass information along to workmen, dealing with mold for over 2 years, their surveyor says it's fine and nothing is wrong, windows all need replacing, balcony guard rail collapsing, skylight broken report on mold and they send a guy to try and clean before a surveyor turns up but only did half a job.

The staff are very kind and…

The staff are very kind and accommodating special mention Valerie.

I have send email to request a room to stay sunday and Monday morning she sort me out. Even more happy after working 12 hours shift I have a warm bed and a shower and very clean room. Thank is not enough 🙏 best wishes to all team of PA housing. See you again next week and in future.

The worst people you can ever deal…

The worst people you can ever deal with. I reported subletting the previous neighbourhood coordinator on top of planning a fake investigation told to the perpetrator o reported him. Then at the beginning of 2024 they change management and new neighbourhood came never saw the perpetrator in ten months while the illegal tenant living in the property and never knocked the door to check who was living there. The aftermath was me being threatened with letters if I pursue the matter they will take action against me. What a corrupted people they are. I guess pa housing just didn’t want to spend money to take the perpetrator to court and give the money back to the government once the perpetrator live on benefits. The lesson I learned was we tenants can do anything we want without repercussions, once they collect the rent anything goes.

Thank you for raising these concerns as we do take tenancy fraud very seriously. However, I'm informed that the team have found insufficient evidence to take this any further right now. While that doesn't completely rule out subletting, we wouldn't be able to take this to court and guarantee a successful case with the evidence - or lack thereof - that we have.

Avoid at all costs

After a council house swap I was assured by the previous tenant that PA Housing were on top of repairs. This couldn't be further from the truth. It took probably about 1 year for them to address a major mould problem in an uninhabitable bedroom.
Since then, an old gas boiler continually breaks down, around every 6 weeks we have to go through the process of waiting around 48 hours to get hot water and heating again, for an engineer to temporarily bandage over the problem and tell us we need a new boiler.
They work with Sureserve (formerly K&T Heating) who make you jump through hoops before you can get an engineer, wait for a callback for approximately a day (or stay on the phone in line for an hour or so) to tell you they don't have an engineer until the next day or day after. A complete shambles. I would never have moved to a PA property if I'd have known what chaos awaited.

New kitchen refit

Had a new kitchen fitted ,can't fault the work at all ,I'm really happy with it. The contractors were helpful and polite. All mess collected and taken away. Site managers kept in touch and had daily texts to let me know who was attending each day.
