Due to current chaos in the world, my paintgem did take a decent amount of time in the mail, but this is only circumstantial. Customer service was always quickly responsive and explained in detail where my package was each step and why it was currently delayed. The product itself is beautiful and comes with a great amount of extra gems, so no worries about losing any! Additionally, as compensation for the shipping delays, I was gifted a free paintgem set. I’ve looked into many gem sets and still would recommend this one the most!

The paintgem team is amazing! Fast response whenever i had any questions. They seem like a company that really cares about their customers. Even through all of the Covid-19 situation and the delays they were still promt with responses and always made sure to tell me to stay healthy and safe. It means a lot to know a company cares about you and they did their best to get my product to me when they could. I appreciate them. Great company. Good hearted people. Also, love the product. I purchased this gift for my sister and her new daughter, my first niece and i just know she will love it!❤❤❤ everyone should check these people out. They are awesome!

I ordered a kit for my daughter’s birthday. Due to shipping delays it took an extra long time for the item to arrive. Customer service was exceptional dealing with tracking the package. Once the item arrived my daughter loved it and had been having fun doing the kit since.

although the wait time was long i can’t blame them. i can only blame the virus. but the wait was WORTH IT. i absolutely loved mine!! 😍

I had a very long wait time due to the pandemic, BUT, it was well worth the wait. I loved my kit so much that I immediately ordered 3 more after I put the last gem in. Please trust this company, you will get everything you ordered. This is a difficult time for everyone. I promise you’ll love it.

Understandably, the order took a little while to arrive during the COVID crisis. However, it was totally worth the wait! The materials are high quality, and it's such a relaxing activity. This was my second kit, and I will definitely order more!

I placed my order in January. It was shipped but Federal Express lost my package (surprise surprise). I contacted Paint Gem regarding a replacement. At first, the CSR wasn’t too helpful but with persistence and many wonderful CSRs later, I finally got my replacement order in 6 months later and it was worth it. With the pandemic they were unable to ship internationally but as soon as they could, they did. I would order again. I love the pen and macaroon shaped wax holder!

Despite the fact that the delivery took forever because of the COVID-19; it is actually a very fun thing to work with! It brings me back when I was a kid and played with paint-by-number pictures.
I made a custom image and I can tell that it was done very carefully. My colors are also not the brightest, so I was amazed to see how they got separated and still be able to show the texture of an image. All gems are done with high quality, and I can only anticipate the results of my image!

Overall, I’m happy!!! Yes, the delivery period was annoying.. But good things worth waiting... right?

This was my first kit and I loved it. Such a fun and unique hobby and it's been a great distraction during this crazy time. Customer service has been great and responsive. I look forward to doing more of these.

My order was delayed due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. However, PaintGem Customer service was very helpful and accommodating. I am very excited to start my Paint Gem art! :)

This was the best quarantine purchase! I really enjoyed the product. It took a long time and the end result was a beautiful picture! There was a huge delay in delivery (it took over 5 weeks to receive) but Paintgem customer service was responsive, helpful and offered me a free voucher to make up for the long wait. I am excited to order another kit.

All is good. There were some delivery issue, it was corrected to be best of their ability.

Overall, even though the pandemic caused a MASSIVE delay in receiving my product, I am very pleased with my kit. Dan (CEO) was quick to respond and reassure me that they would take care of it, and they did. I am currently waiting to receive a voucher for a free kit to make up for the delay and inconvenience. I will definitely purchase from PaintGem in the future.

I love my gem painting! Super good use of time during the quarantine. With the delays due to the pandemic the staff and customer service have been super helpful, reply fast to emails, and very professional! Love this company

The product is great, customer service was good at responding. But the shipping was an issue. The website said it was coming from California, then turns out it was not. It came from China. Took over a month to get this with corona virus issues. Everything came as promised, just really late.
