Impossible to get in contact with their servicedesk
It is impossible to get in contact with them.
After sending 4 emails with all the details (order no, address etc) about a return, I have only received one automatic email from their servicedesk, telling me that they would react as soon as possible. No answer still, it has been 4 weeks now.
In the meantime I have emailed 3 times more to their servicedesk and got no answer at all. To me that is very bad service.
