Don’t book a spa break here

Don’t book a spa break here. At the cost of £60-£75 a day. the hotel lets everyone in to use the pool. Including screaming children.
When we complained we were told they had booked to use the pool
For a hour. After constant screaming in a room that echos for a hour the family didn’t leave. They stayed for nearly 3 hours.
It’s not relaxing. It’s not a spa break. It’s a joke.

More stressed now than when I came in. Total waste of money
