Amazing clothing, one of the best UK sustainable clothing brands out there at the moment - especially if you're a nature fan, as I am.

Brilliant customer service once again from Palava Team. Purchased the mustard boxes zip up jacket, warm, easy to wear, smart, & original, so many compliments, I love it. A few items for Xmas gifts…stunning designed aprons, tea towels, tablecloths, socks & more. If you are looking for something different for the perfect Christmas present I highly recommend, & don’t forget the gloves & scarves! Great service, fast delivery, thank you again.

Had an amazing time visiting Palava. Visiting from Denmark and been waiting a long time to see the shop and all the beautiful clothes. Lovely service from the team. Only problem was choosing what to buy. Love love LOVE the dresses❤️

Beautiful sweater and it came so quickly. My daughter has 2 of their sweaters & loves them. We needed a last minute Christmas gift for her and we thought she would like another one. They had a great selection online, shipped quickly & it’s amazing quality. I’m tempted to get one for myself.

Love Palava! Their knitwear is gorgeous, high quality and ethical. My most recent purchase also had amazing embroidery. Can’t recommend them enough!

They dresses and knitwear are beautiful. I discovered them in 2019 when I wanted sustainable, ethical clothing and always loved 50s shilloettes and pockets! I still have my first pieces and they look fantastic. I wear them every day to work and everything from them has been worth the investment.

I have order a couple of items from Palava this year and all have been exquisitely beautiful - I adore their style, ethos, ethics, morals and materials - just faultless!
When I ordered an item for Christmas, it unfortunately appears to have been lost/misplaced by the courier, but fortunately Sam from Palava worked absolute magic to help with the situation, sending a replacement out right away with next day delivery 🌟 Sam throughout kept me up to date, went the extra mile and was so pleasant to communicate with - An absolute star ⭐✨ Thank you ❤️

Palava folk - it’s our staff Christmas meal today and I’m putting on my party dress and cardigan. Thank you because everyone has commented on the drsign and style. It is lovely receiving compliments.

Once and never again. My parcel has not arrived, I have not received a card and the parcel is now ‘lost’. I receive no help from Palava, despite repeated enquiries! Customer service is incompetent and doesn't feel responsible.

Bought a pair of corduroy trousers which, as promised, really do look great on anybody (even size 20). "What fantastic trousers!" said my friend the first day i wore them. And they are. The colour is "rust" which is brilliant and seems to go with everything, surprisingly. Plus i love the Palava ethos, so evident in everything - packaging, workmanship and personalised replies.

I would give more stars if I could. First of all, the customer service is very nice and fast in replying. Receiving the parcel was like Christmas. It was so beautifully packaged, you can feel that a lot of love is going into this product. Everything is well thought of. I bought a knitted sweater and it sits just perfectly and looks amazing. I cannot wait to visit the store in London. Thank you so much. I love it.

I was looking for sustainable and ethical clothing brands and found Palava. The cotton is the softest, the shapes are elegant and the prints are beautiful.

I bought two lovely dresses and everything was just wonderful! Even the bag it came in was gorgeous!
