Wow, what a great service and a great product.
Priced, templated and installed within a week.
If you are looking for worktops, you won’t find better.

[16/10, 8:06 pm] : cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Great quality of worktops , offered at highly competitive prices cheaper than other four quotes we got from local worktops supplies. Service was exceptional. Jamal and Moodi! were very helpful, keeping us updated throughout the process & always there to answer any concerns i had. During the fitting, Moodi was great too, offering advice whilst respecting our opinions too. The finished result was the "cherry on the kitchen cake'...I am now the envy of all those who've viewed it. Thanks once again, 5 stars.

I must say, I am happy with the work that was done. These guys are quick, neat and respectful. Their prices were very competitive and they worked really hard.

They made sure the work was complete in two days and they gave good advice on how to maintain and look after the worktop going forward. Please ask for Jamal and Moody for assistance. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Palazzo stone have far exceeded our expectations. Brilliant service and craftsmanship. We would highly recommend them. Our walls are not straight (old house) so this required some careful attention when measuring and cutting the stone. The finish is very nice and we can't fault anything.

We had our kitchen quartz worktop and splash back supplied and fitted by Palazzo Stone team. Very professional and patient with all our questions , very competitive prices and a very quick turnaround. We are very happy with the end product.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

One word: Cowboys.

The quality of work and finish is appalling along with terrible customer service. Working as a project manager in construction I must say that this finish is probably the worst I have experienced.

Where to start? The join between the two worktops is atrocious (see picture)- the line not straight, chips out of the worktop, poor colour match. On requesting it was rectified the worker became argumentative and made me speak with the manager, who himself was argumentative and only on the request of my money back did they try to sort out. However the second attempt perhaps made it worse, with a completely wrong colour match and damage to my kitchen unit in trying to crowbar the worktop out.

Furthermore they butchered the sink cupboard unit trying to get the undermount sink in, meaning I had to get my kitchen fitter back to resolve it. Additionally the groover drains are rough and the cut out wonky. Finally, the breakfast bar is not straight, barely covering the cupboards at one end rather than the 20mm overhang it should be.

This was a two stage install, with the upstands installed at a later date. Palazzo have taken my first instalment of money and not returned to fix the damage or install the upstands I paid for.

They didn’t template properly, rather took a few measurements with a tape measure which I’m hindsight should have set off alarm bells. I had high hopes after the positive reviews but I advise to avoid at all costs (as it will cost you to rectify).

We recently renovated our kitchen and were looking for a reliable provider of high quality quartz work surfaces. Found Palazzo Stone on a google search. Jamal and his team gave sound advice and guidance during our selection process, the quality of the stone, competitive price points and very quick turn around times sealed the deal for us. The team came out to template/measure up after we confirmed the style, 4 days after we have our quartz work surfaces fully fitted, which by the way were done very professionally, with little mess and in super fast time. The team had to bore a whole for us for a flush mounted electric power point on site for our island and we were amazed on the skill of the team and how efficiently things were. Absolutely superb from start to finish. We replaced our laminate worktops with a beautiful Marble quartz worktop, upstands and a lovely new breakfast bar.

Communication was excellent, we were kept informed throughout the process, and every detail was checked and confirmed. The final installation has exceeded even my, very high expectations. The fitters were very professional, and went above and beyond to make the counter tops beautiful.

Palazzo Stone were far less expensive than the nearest quote, but nothing about the product or the service reflects the lower cost.

They have no defense. That is why they want you to believe I am a competitor. Do the right thing and you would not be blaming competitors instead of examining how your own work and how you treat your customers.

I will be very careful about buying from this company.
We ordered granite worktop from Palazzo Stone. After fitting we noticed needle-like holes dotted all over one side of the worktop.

I contacted them about it and had no response. About 4 months later,the under-mount sink fell in while I was washing up.
I contacted them again. Although they did agree to do the repairs the main person who came did the work was of the view that I may have bathed my 10-year-old son in it. The only question was how that will happen when we have a bathroom.
When they finally came, they repaired the sink but not with sink clips. They used broken tiles with some pastes that were popping. They, however, refused to repair the dotted holes on the worktop. The chap said it may be a faulty batch but refuse to repair it.
When I contacted their office the reply I got was that I will be charged if they come to repair. They also said the dotted holes were because I had place hot food on it.
I was going to take them to court and initiated the process but I later decided against it because the process is long and should they refuse to pay, no company will be willing to recover the costs on my behalf. This is because the cost of repairs doesn’t reach the threshold for the recovery company.

I wouldn't trust their videos or photos. You have to really look closer to see the quality of the granite.

Trust me they had no intention of resolving the issues I have raised. In their own words I can take them to court.
Unfortunately the repair cost is less than what high court enforcement agency would have agreed to take up should they fail.
It's unfortunate I can't provide photos evidence of thier work here.

Hopefully I will find them on other review websites where I can show photo of what they did with the sink.
