Had an issue with my PC and contacted Palicomp Support. Their responses were quick, clear, and helpful. Even though the problem was my fault and could have voided my warranty, they still provided excellent support and replaced the faulty RAM without hesitation. They first gave targeted troubleshooting, which helped identify the issue, then made the replacement process simple and stress-free. The sales team was equally fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and ensured I got exactly what I needed. Outstanding customer service from start to finish, five stars!

Bought a complete system from Palicomp and it's been going like a dream. I had someproblems as one of the case fans wouldn't work but after a lot of chasing they eventually sourced one from the manufacturer for me at no cost. Some of the best prices on the market but don't be conned by their after-sales trying to upsell. Would definitely use them again.

I had a problem where my PC wouldn't boot, and Microsoft couldn't fix it. I emailed the guys at Palicomp, and they replied quickly with the information I needed, and I was back up and running very soon after. Great service!

I ordered a pre-built PC from Palicomp on September 26, 2023 Order #: 429e022466
Order ID: 24551, which came with a 3-year Return to Base Warranty. Unfortunately, the PC stopped working in late December 2024.

After isolating the issue, I determined that the motherboard was the problem. I contacted Palicomp for assistance, noting that the ASUS motherboard's warranty was valid until February 2026. However, they refused to help, stating their warranty only covers the whole unit, not individual components.

Upon inspecting the motherboard, I found visible unwashed flux near elements working in the VMR module, which likely caused the PC to stop starting. Despite my concerns, Palicomp claimed they purchased the board from ASUS distributors.

After ASUS intervened, I was told I’d need to cover return postage costs (£20 each way) for testing. If deemed faulty, ASUS might repair it or issue a £60 credit to Palicomp. This process is costly, uncertain, and puts the financial burden entirely on the customer without guaranteeing a resolution.

I’ve been unable to use my PC since December 2024, which has been extremely inconvenient.

Conclusion: Palicomp sold a refurbished motherboard as new and provided no meaningful support for the RMA process. I would not recommend purchasing from them.

GPU was a complete failure to show an image on screen, it completely didn't work when they sent out my pre made computer. I did more work to it that I might as well have built it myself. Dealing with all this over the Christmas period was a complete nightmare. Replacement was sent out which I had to install and seem to be working as of now.
Customer service was slow but expected over the Christmas period, not sure if it's a usual thing.
Overall experience was stressful and annoying I can't in good faith recommend them. 1 star.

As a first time pre-build buyer, I settled with Palicomp because they offer the best prices, build customisation and I saw some reviews online saying that they have stellar customer support.

I tried to put together a build on other sites, but they always had arbitrary limitations such as my preferred case not being in the available options and component upgrades/swaps having nonsensical options. Don’t be fooled by their dated website design because they are by far the best place if you know exactly what you want.

I did have a problem with the PC that was sent to me. The common “no display” issue. Whilst they offer decent guides for common mistakes like not plugging the HDMI into the correct port and how to reseat RAM, GPU and CMOS, my issue was that the GPU wasn’t working. If you’re not experienced with PCs, you can rest assured that their customer support will help you identify the problem, though most of the time people will have easily fixable issues such as RAM that moved a little during transport.

In my case, I told them that my computer ran perfectly when the GPU was not plugged into the machine, and they offered a free transport back to then, as well as a really quick return. I did get a 4070 super card from a different manufacturer, but the price and performance differences are insignificant, so I don’t mind. All in all, the new card works fine and my system has had no issues so far.

Shoutouts to the customer support guys that were exchanging emails with me even between Christmas and New Year’s. I definitely expected to have to wait until January before I can get my system running, but was pleasantly surprised.

Have nothing but a great experience with their product and service. All in working order and at a very reasonable price. Brilliant build quality and cable management. Great communication from the sales team. Will definitely order from them again soon.

PC arrived earlier than expected unfortunately the blan k cover where a did drive normally goes was broken intransit.
These guys sent a replacement as promptly as they sent my PC!

My two previous computers were built for me by Palicomb. Times have changed, and all I need now is a computer for general use. I have purchased this new computer with confidence, in the knowledge that any assistance that I may need will met with the courtesy and help that I have received in the past. I was recommended this site by a friend and can’t be happier. I had no previous experience with pc’s but the website was easy to navigate. Not long after I made my purchase, I got an email including a bunch of upgrades including peripherals, a que jump and windows 11 for a really good price. When the pc arrived, everything looked great, but no graphics were displaying on my monitor despite me plugging everything in correctly. I tried again a few hours later though and it worked great! I did find a usb that had been previously plugged in with a strange name as well but honestly it didn’t bother me, I found it quite funny. Overall I’m happy with my experience, I’ve had the pc for 3 days now and everything is amazing :)
