My PC had a couple of device driver issues that Windows didn't automatically resolve. Palicomp support were able to log on remotely and fix the problem in a couple of minutes. The support guys know exactly what they needed to do.

I bought my PC from Palicomp almost 2 years ago. I have always been very pleased with it, but a sudden problem made me contact technical support. They were very helpful, guiding me through a series of steps to identify the solution. It turned out not to be a hardware problem, but they still gave me good advice.
I'm glad we chose Palicomp. I've had a very
different experience with other retailers in the past.

Great service would fully recommend Palicomp, bought my sons gaming PC, with little or no experience. Assisted through ordering, purchase and after sales when we were not sure if we were doing things right. Highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant company. 10 days after delivery, the psu died on my new pre-built PC. Emailed support Friday lunchtime. Immediate reply from them asking me to check a couple of things to confirm the failure. Replacement brand-new psu delivered next day on Saturday morning. PC up and running again in less than 24 hours. Pre-paid courier label provided by them to return the dud psu. One of the best tech support experiences I've had in resolving an issue.

The PC was delivered promptly and was well wrapped. It would not boot up initially but a call to Palicomp showed that a Windows file was missing (don't know why) I downloaded this from the Microsoft site and that cured the problem. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

Bought a PC on 23rd October which was delivered after 7 working days (1st Nov) which is within the 5-10 working days they give. Initially when you purchase they offer you an upgrade including next day dispatch. Most of the stuff in the offer is worthless like a gaming ‘style’ keyboard and mouse, which is cheap crap but you get extra warranty which I suppose would be worth something, but not £88, so didn’t bother upgrading. After PC arrived, the CPU cooler was hanging off and the Wi-Fi driver for the motherboard hadn’t been installed. I bought a pre build PC so I didn’t have to faff around but it took a good few hours to work out how to sort it all out. The box the PC came in was full of extra waste from other machines they had made, which is a bit annoying as our recycling bins are very small. The GPU wasn’t installed either but I found out that’s standard, but the rest I don’t think is. I emailed and was fobbed off.

The PC seems okay but if it fails within a couple years then it could be as a result of being thrown about in transit, but Palicomp don’t want anything to do with it.

It was fantastic had a problem they resolved it very quickly!

I bought a pc from Palicomp in 2020 - very good value. Today, I needed to know if it was suitable to run Windows 11. They replied to my email, with a 'yes', in an hour - terrific customer service.

Also, when I had a problem after the initial purchase, they sorted it out quickly.

I had an issue with a PC I bought - their support team responded immediately and fixed the issue...great after service care!

Bought a motherboard bundle. Quick delivery, then great customer service and turnaround when I changed my mind about the type of RAM I wanted and they sorted a next-day exchange. Exceptional.

I have a pc with a 5 year warranty, had a issue with power, pc was shipped back with paid return label, repaired and returned back within 7 days.

Support is always quick to respond.

Got my machine 18 months ago from Palicomp and really happy with it. However it hadn't upgraded to 22H2 Windows 11. Contacted them and got an immediate response as to a sensible strategy (use MS installation assistant). This got on with the update (behind the scenes mostly) and moved me (my data and apps) to 23H2. Much simpler than some of the online advice you find if you Google the issue. Many thanks to their support team and their prompt response.

Great support from company, both sales and technical, plus the price. The PC, built with warranty etc cost a lot less than if I'd used the same bits and built it myself. Delivered at a weekend (not expecting this) within the 1 hour time slot. PC very well protected and packaged too. Great people to do business with.

I had an issue with a new graphics card installation.
One email to Palicomp Technical Support was all it took for them to resolve the issue first time!

I assisted an elderly friend to set up a Palicomp Windows PC which she had just purchased. My assistance included installation of some reputable third-party programs.
A problem developed with the PC, particularly with its start-up time, which became excessive.
I contacted Palicomp Support, and they gave a fast response with suggestions how to identify the cause.
Successful identification of the cause and remedial action has resulted in a fully working and fast Windows 11 PC. Well done, Palicomp support !

Computer came with multiple faults. Noise from PSU, loads of screws missing from case, plugs on motherboard put into incorrect locations. GPU loose.

After reporting the faults Palicomp were responsive, reasonable, took a common sense attitude and made a good repair. They were fast to arrange a DPD pickup and complete the repair. Also gave us a free keyboard and mouse as an apology.

Not quite worth 5 stars due to the initial faults, but Palicomp did a great job putting things right and I would definitely use them again.

I ordered a PC desktop as i seen it on hotukdeals. i managed to pick extra items i wanted and change out ones and still kept costs low. They then emailed me with some upgrades i could choose at a discount/free.
i opted to go with a bundle they offered with better warranty, some perks (like next day delivery). I didn't want or need all the items on offer so i went back and asked for a better deal based on what i actually wanted, and they came back with a reasonable price for it all.
PC arrived on schedule, packed very well and i've had it nearly a week and no issues. i'll update in future if that changes, however for it being a company i had never heard of and me being skeptical, hopefully this review helps someone else in the same boat.

This is a company the importance of looking after their customers. I sent 3 emails with different questions fully expecting to wait 2-5 days or the answers. Everything answered within 10 minutes - that's all 3 emails.
I originally purchased a high end system from them about 8 years ago and I wanted to upgrade and they've made what seemed like a complicated job seem really easy. Well done to the whole team. Fantastic.
