Purchased a new lightning

Purchased a new lightning here what a nightmare no explanations you get the bums rush on everything they lie about the deal and rewrite the numbers with no apologies you ask questions and the push the answers off to the next dept. you are charged for Registration and they short cut everything don’t tell you about it. The sales managers like Richie don’t care and push it off on you You always come away with the feeling you have been slimed and they just don’t care. The bad sales experience and after care of sales dept sucks. The service dept is another world service writers are amazing especially Derick they make the service experience amazing. The old adage of the used car salesman is the sales dept of Palm Bay ford. If a salesperson comes up to you at your service dept appointment RUN do not walk away it is a scam they are vultures they’re not pleasant to deal with. They are slimy scummy people.

Dealership gone bad...

I bought a truck back in 2016 with David Tucker and things went well and was a good deal. Fast Forward to the end of 2017 and things seems to have changed at Palm Bay Ford. Mr. Tucker was very bad at returning emails and phone calls in regards to a new F250 truck purchase. Almost 6 weeks went by with little engagement from the dealership to find me the vehicle I wanted. Mr. Tucker claimed that dealer swaps were very easy and that once we found the truck I wanted it would be simple matter. I even found 4 dealerships for Mr. Tucker that had close to the truck I wanted and each time I was told the vehicles were sold or "damaged in transport". He seemed like he did not need my business or value me as a previous customer as emails stopped again for 2+ weeks. Being tired of being treated so poorly I called Kelly Ford (one of the dealerships he told me that the vehicle was already sold to someone else) and surprise surprise.....that truck was NOT sold or promised to anyone else! So I was basically lied to by the dealership and salesperson. I closed the sale with Kelly Ford on the truck the next day and was a great experience and good deal. Also their service department at Palm Bay Ford is absolutely terrible. Although Steve is a nice guy, they never fix your vehicle right the first time. Every time I had warranty work on my previous F150 it was a 2 week min wait for even an appointment and then each time the problem is not fixed and you have to wait 2 weeks again for a new appointment and inconvenience of finding rides to get around town. One issue took FOUR trip to service and even then Steve never followed up with me as he promised to check on the situation. I will NEVER deal with Palm Bay Ford again.
