I have just booked for the second time with Palm Breeze Holidays. Penny's advice and knowledge was once again invaluable nothing was to much trouble. She is friendly ,helpful, and most importantly listened to what we were looking for. Penny found a cruise offering the perfect itinerary for us. We are now booked for a Holland America cruise for next year to some Scandinavian and Baltic cities and we are really looking forward to it.

Penny booked us a family holiday to Dubai then onto the Maldives she helped us before we left by assisting us in booking our seats and Maldivian visas the trip was seamless no issues with transfers and both destinations were fantastic the Double tree in Dubai was lovely with a massive 2 bedroom apartment then a villa on the beach. After using TUI for many years we took a leap of faith and we were not disappointed Penny has great knowledge and passion for her craft and I would not hesitate to recommend her for your holiday plans, thankyou

We rarely book holidays via an agent, but after our recent experience with Penny, we will always use her instead of trying to do it all ourselves.

It was a big holiday and the first one in a very long time, so everything needed to be as we wanted.

Wow! Where to start… Penny has been AMAZING! We contacted the company in July last year to enquire about a holiday to Florida and Penny sorted us out an amazing deal with Flights, Villa, Car rental and of course the theme park tickets. I've booked our Puglia holiday through Penny and she's been amazing from the start.

She replied back so quickly whenever I have queries about our itinerary. She was also able to beat the online prices I was getting when I planned the holiday myself.

Penny at Palm Breeze has always been super friendly and efficient. On this occasion I was looking at a holiday for 4 adults for some winter sun.
