I had a great experience with PALMOS. What they do really well is balancing strong, distinctive design with genuine quality. The watches feel thoughtfully made, not mass-produced, and the attention to detail is clear both aesthetically and technically.

The whole experience—from communication to delivery—was smooth and personal. You can tell they care about their customers, which makes a big difference. The watch itself feels premium on the wrist and stands out in a subtle, refined way.

The watch is beautiful and a true jack of all trades (grey dial). In some angles and light intensity the dial may look slightly champain color like, i guess due to the anti-reflective coating. The build quality is exceptional for the money. I have not used yet the additional straps but they look nice. I found it tricky to adjust the bracelet length. The screws were stiff and required a specific spray to loose them a little bit. Be extra careful about that.

I ordered my Palmos watch during the pre-order period, and I needed to wait a bit longer than the communication suggested. But let me tell you this. This watch looks and feels super solid. It's so unique. Everyone who sees it for the first time always asks me where I got it.
Overall, I'm really happy with the watch and the service.

As soon as I found out that these watches would be available, I knew I definitely wanted to own them. I waited for them for about a year and a half, but it was absolutely worth it!
