Peter from Pamandsons was great 👍🏾 he was quick and efficient he made sure my booking was handled with care he picked up my mattress and handled with great care he provided me with notifications and came earlier than expected my item was safely delivered awsome service most definitely use again! Very reasonable price thank you!

I beg to differ , they are new company and they done fantastic in logistics and moving . I have so many works sent to them and they have done so fine. Keep it up

It is with immense frustration and disappointment that I feel compelled to leave this review, as I strongly urge others to steer clear of this company. Initially, everything seemed fine, but their blatant lack of care for my furniture quickly became apparent.

To begin with, they broke my bed while dismantling it, then attempted to dismiss the issue by claiming it was old and therefore not their responsibility. Their efforts to rectify the situation were half-hearted at best, and when I mentioned claiming on their insurance, I was informed they only had transit insurance, which would not cover the damage. This, shockingly, was just the beginning of the ordeal.

The story culminates with them outrageously trying to sue me for the extra time they took—much of which they spent attempting to fix the damage they caused! On top of that, they insultingly offered a mere £100 for a bed frame worth £1600. While they may have been personable and hardworking, that does not excuse the careless treatment of items that we work so hard to afford and cherish.

Even after they attempted to "repair" the bed, I continued to observe their mishandling of other items, which only added to my dismay. In the end, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company. At the very least, if you do choose to work with them, make sure to photograph and video all your belongings, itemise them clearly, and confirm if they have upgraded their insurance policy before entering into any contract.

With deep regret, I strongly advise: STAY AWAY.

I went with them because Michael had good energy and cost was matched. But one must remember, "you pay peanuts you get monkeys", metaphorically speaking.
