I ordered an antique vase from Pamono and it arrived, extremely well packaged, in excellent condition and very quickly. The communications with the Pamono staff was excellent as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They have wonderful, unusual items for sale and the experience was A-1!

Fabulous choice of desks which I spent hours looking though. Eventually fell upon something which dimensionally and aesthetically looked like it would fit the brief. Everything is significantly priced so I had some hesitancy but enough reassurance in the site after a little research. Ordered.

The desk arrived one week earlier than planned and looked better than the photos and description. I could not be more pleased and love it so much, I sit there and write with a smile on my face. One of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

I ordered from this company in December and never received my harp. They will not respond to my emails.

They did a check up to see if the item could fit through the door. The delivery was when they said and product arrived safe. Great job

I ordered a rosewood bookcase from Hundevad in early October from Pamono, a firm which I had never heard of. They said to wait 5 months for delivery. Three months later, shortly into the New Year, and with ample ample warning, the item came ... in great condition and with scrupulous care to unpacking and placement.

I bought two vintage Murano lamps from Pomona. I was worried about the shipping to Italy but they arrived in perfect condition and in good time. They are really beautiful. Thank you

As usual, excellent service, delivery on time, item exactly as described.

Honestly, hiding the shipping costs makes the site useless. The majority of items will have shipping 3x the cost of the item meanwhile you they actively prevent you sorting by price + shipping so it's just a giant waste of time.

-edit- yay a complete non answer to address the issue that sorting by price should include shipping price. So often an item for $100 more will have shipping that's THOUSANDS of dollars cheaper it's so stupid for the sorting to not include shipping costs like pretty much every other platform that has dynamic shipping costs.

We purchased Danish Modern Rosewood Dining Chairs from Vamo Sønderborg, Set of 4 from Pamono.
From first contact inquiry, multiple email Q & A's, offers and delivery, Pamono staff was very professional and helpful. Being advised up front delivery from Berlin would take 12-16 weeks, delivery was first class white glove delivery.
We are very impressed with Pamono and based upon how they dealt with us, prompt communications, and items exactly as described-YES, we would recommend Pamono to everyone.
