Beau meuble, superbe service

C’était la première fois que j'achète un meuble de qualité sur internet sans l’avoir vu en vrai, la première fois que je commande un meuble de l’étranger. J’ai longuement hésité. J’ai fait des testes: j’ai écrit au platform de Pamono posant des questions sur la livraison juste pour voir si ils étaient réactifs. Ils l’étaient. J’ai posé par la suite une question sur le meuble, sachant que ce serait au vendeur de répondre. Il m’a répondu tout de suite. La livraison a très bien fonctionné. Surtout, mon fauteuil des années 60 est un merveille. Je n’ai aucun regret et n’hésiterai pas à commander de nouveau sur le site Pamono.

Good service! delivered on their scheduled time.

Good service! I live in Amsterdam and I wanted a cabinet from Berlin delivered to me. Pamono quoted me a good price. At the beginning they quoted me a delivery time, its was a few weeks away, but the most important thing was they kept their delivery date and the cabinet was delivered safely. Thanks guys!

Easy order and delivery but final price not clear

Goods are advertised at one price on the website but after you click on the item the price changes, apparently to cover taxes, shipping etc. This should be made clear as it looks like to price inflates just because you click on the item.
My on line receipt reflected the price paid at the time of transaction but the paper receipt received with the goods was a different (lower) amount.
Otherwise ordering was easy and delivery fine, well within the suggested time frame. More clarity is required on pricing otherwise it feels like leaping in to the unknown......

A big compliment to the driver of Magic Movers! He was extremely friendly and courteous. The coordination of the delivery was very good and the noble piece arrived at our home in the best condition. I can absolutely recommend Pamono!

WEBSITE WAS GOOD BUT ONCE THE ORDER WAS PLACED IT TOOK WAY TO LONG TO DELIVER. THE GOODS ARRIVED DAMAGED AND THE VENDOR OFFERED 20 eur TO FIX IT, WE SAID WE WOULD FIX IT AND HAVE THE BILL SENT TO THE VENDOR - WE HAVE HEARD NO MORE

I was very pleased with Pamono's prompt service, my furniture arrived 2 weeks ahead of schedule, very impressed as it was coming from S.E. France. They kept me informed every step of the way, would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.28/12/20

Best part was the shipper

Best part was the shipper , a third party from Poland. Fantastic. The worst part is communication. So cumbersome you can’t speak directly with seller. I had a very specific question about an antique dining table, and after four tries of misunderstanding (or language barrier), and days between answers, I just crossed my fingers and ordered. Also, it said I could make an offer, and I tried and tried, but could not make it work. I love the table, but I don’t think I will buy from them again.

Terrible service, Sellers do not send items

Terrible service. Seller sold item to me through these "people". paid in full Paypal. Week later chased and they put tracking as awaiting collection by Fedex. Chased every day for 4 weeks, still no tracking, NOT COLLECTED. Pamono stated next day..DID NOT HAPPEN. No reason. After 4 weeks , finally cancelled order. No explanation or apology .. A JOKE COMPANY AND SELLERS / POSSIBLE FRAUDS.

Probably the worst transaction we made, impossible to have contact with the seller as every contact is via pamono, , they will respond in 24 hours if not more, they are useless, sent at a wrong address, dont ever buy on this website
