Absolutely awful lack of service
Ordered 2 t-shirts, made the mistake of ordering them in a size that was too small. E-mailed them right away, asking them to change the order to the correct size: wasn't possible due to "the high volume of packages", according to the customer service rep. Asked to cancel the order: again, not possible.
Got the t-shirts like 2 weeks later (in the wrong size, of course); had to pay to send them back, and I had to send 5 e-mails to get them to reimburse me for the shipping costs and the amount the t-shirts cost me, all the while dealing with their terribly rude customer service. I'm never ordering anything on their site again, and I advise everyone to stay away aswell.

Great shop
Customer for years here and I always had good experience. Prints and designs are great and prices are the most affordable. It takes a while to get your order (1 month to NL) but it always arrives.

T-shirts are great!
I finally received my order and the T-shirts were just as advertised. Great quality and fits perfectly. I did run into some delivery issues at the beginning with the delivery company, but the customer service at Pampling was top-notch very helpful in resolving my issue.

Nice t-shirt but printing quality is different in different t-shirt. Bit slow delivery
T-shirts are fine, cotton quality is fair against the price but printing quality is poorer on some of them and better in others. Delivery is a bit slow and tracking is uncomfortable

If I would give 0 stars I would. I ordered two pairs of jeans. My size to a size bigger. They are at least two sizes too small. They are incredibly thin and cheap. When I tried to return because their size chart does not correctly identify sizes as we know in the US, they said no. Do not buy from this company. It’s all crap.
