I had a terrible experience with Pam Ties Ltd. I ordered Snickers work shorts, but they never arrived. When I tried to contact customer service, I received no response or solution from them, there is only one person you cover’s customer service. To make matters worse, I later found out that a forged signature had been used to indicate that the product was delivered. As a result, I am out of pocket and without the product I ordered.

Pam Ties’s web site and sign on their door says they close at 12.00hrs on Saturdays. After travelling 47 miles one way from the Wirral, I arrived at 11.38 hrs to find the whole place locked up. This has cost me dearly in time and expenses and stopped my job until Monday. This is no way for a responsible company to behave.

From my initial enquiry, through product explanation and ordering procedure this was an excellent experience. In these days when a large number of Companies’ employees don’t really know their product, PAM Ties we’re exemplary.
The first contact with the lady taking the phone-call as courteous and professional and then I was put through to Simon who fully explained the product and lead times.
A later phone-call to confirm the order was taken and a collection date agreed.
Due to traffic, I was going to be too late to collect so it was arranged for me to be able to pick up out of hours.
Truly great service from a good Company.
