Amazing customer service

Opening a new venture and have used them in previous ventures and the is a reason I keep coming back .

We met PanaEpos at a trade event and from first contact there was no pressure, just really good service.
We went back and forth with the requirements and spec for a few months and had our installation carried out at the back of 2025. The pricing was transparent and everything was clearly explained.

It's a big overhaul changing till systems and it was expertly handled by Bea and her team.

The support has been brilliantly responsive and efficiently carried out. It's nice to know that there is someone at the end of the phone that can sort out problems (that usually occur in the middle of a busy service).

From the start of my professional relationship with Pana-epos I’ve had a great experience. The service was tailored to fit my needs and I felt heard from the offset. My advisor Bea has worked around the clock to meet my deadlines and deliver a system that was adapted just for me.

Bea and the Team at Pana EPOS have been fantastic in providing till guidance and ongoing support for the shop. Their system is reliable and easy to use, and whenever we’ve needed help, their support team has been quick, knowledgeable, and patient. Bea especially took the time to provide me with onsite training to assist me and the team with understanding and being able to correctly and efficiently use the new system. They take the time to explain things clearly, provide in store visits and make sure everything is running smoothly, I would highly recommend Pana EPOS to any retail business looking for a reliable system and excellent customer support.

Jason and the team at PanaEpos have been amazing in supporting the college and the learners with a new till system that reflects the industry. The support team have been great with setting it up to work for our organisation and complete tasks really quickly. The system itself is easy to use and allows us to get relevant information and speed up our processes in the restaurant. Cannot fault the system or the support that we have had!

planning on using this company to re program the till. Glad I didn't was told by another business person in great yarmouth sea front that the service i was offered for £90 was given to them for free, regardless of the truth in this i decided to change my mind, john then became arrogant and defensive, and rude. His attitude, made me glad afterwards I didn't use, just a jumped up sales man who is full of himself. Don't know who he thinks he is . I was nervous about moving to a new platform with a company I hadn't come across before, but that all changed after a chance meeting at a Norfolk Flavours event. After an initial meeting on-site at the pier, with the team from PanaEpos, I decided to move systems. PanaEpos have been a revelation and nothing has been too much trouble. The support team was on-site during the changeover process and their support team was very knowledgeable and available when we needed them. The till system is a massive step up on our previous system and gives us far more options in both the reporting and customer service process.

We have had the pleasure of working with the team at PanaEpos since 2021. Such great helpful staff as well as fantastic POS system. This has transformed our business and now have all sales figures at the tip of our fingers live real time!

Had several tills from different companies over the years and have never had such an attentive Company as Panepos
Nothing is too much trouble. Everything works as it should. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Been using this company for about 2yrs and cannot fault them the back up service is second to none especially Bea I cannot recommend them enough.

Jason and John were great with our onboarding, and Bea has been an absolute hero, fantastic with ongoing back-office support. The back office is quite complicated (I can do the basics, but Bea is always on hand to make the changes I need) - they do offer training sessions though.

The epos system itself is great and easy to use.

Absolutely terrible customer service received by the managing director of this company. Called out for a broken down till, refused to come out for 2 days as it was the weekend, arrived at our business, then takes 2 tills away in a strop after we complained about the lack of service! Very unprofessional. Do not offer 24/7 help if you do not provide it!!

How amazing are Panaepos? Product is exactly what we’ve been looking for. After being let down by previous till provider we decided to make the switch to Panaepos. Jason has been incredibly efficient at getting back to me and answering all my questions. He has made the switch from our previous provider seamless. Zak has been amazing with installation and helping with set up. I am so impressed with the quality of Customer service.I really cannot fault them. Highly recommend! :)

Since day one I have found all of the team at PanaEpos to be super efficient (very patient!) and helpful since day one. They have a great attitude to the customer and go the extra mile as much as possible. Hats off to Jason, Ryan, Graham, Bea and Zack (apologies for names missed!). I look forward to working with you in the future.

We was on the look out for a new Epos system and kitchen monitor. After a bit of research PanaEpos came up time and time again- so we reached out and didn’t look back! From the zoom call taking us through the system from John and Jason (it was evident straight away these people knew there stuff, no stone un turned and definitely nothing to hide!) to the install where John really re assured us with any questions we had, not only very friendly and approachable but his workmanship was second to none! Tidy and precise, even when I changed my mind last minute. This still wasn’t an issue.

So from there we then used PanaEpos to install 3 Digital Menu Boards Jason was very prompt and always on hand- nothing ever a problem, installed by two very polite young men and designed by Ryan- who I must say, from start to finish was very thorough and professional. But the main thing for me was I never felt like I was a burden with any requests/changes I wanted making, these were always met with a can do attitude. All the team are a real credit to the company and we wouldn’t hesitate in using them again in the future!

What an amazing company! No hard sell just good honest people! The support is unreal!

The quote for our system was priced fair and very competitive but for me it’s the support that I think will be hard to match!

Install was a breeze, considering we are based in the south, but John and his team travelled on down and the install took around half a day! Very tidy work considering they had to run cables the whole length of my shop! John took his time with me and showed me everything for the system they installed and wouldn’t leave until I felt confident.

The after service is unbelievable, morning, noon and night, after install I wanted to change a few bits and add some extra bit and pieces! Bea is literally AMAZING and has helped me every step of the way. Bea has took her time and taught me everything in depth that I have needed to know.
Ryan really knows his stuff on the technical side of things and there isn’t anything he doesn’t know, he has also been a massive part in our set up!

We are truly happy we made the decision to go with PanaEpos!

If you want superb equipment, a flawless system and above all amazing after service then PanaEpos is the place to go!

Fantastic service and equipment. The till and table app has made customer service so much easier in my business.
The fact it can be adapted to specific requirements allows you to personalise everything to get the best out of your business

Great company to deal with. From initial discussions about my project through to installation and continuous support - they have been fantastic.

My restaurant is near Edinburgh which is further afield than their usual customer base. No issues in any respect due to the physical distance.

I really appreciated their out of hours support which I used a lot especially in the first few months of opening.

I have no problem highly recommending Panaepos and will be using them on my next project.
