Whoever this Prachi Gupta is, she or he is just a scammer. All good reviews on google are made up to make victims fall for their scam. BEWARE!! If you want to apply for PAN, contact legit companies like PROTEAN directly.

I interacted with a person named 'Sneha'. She did not respond during their advertised working hours.
Worse, when I got tired of her non-responsiveness and confronted her about the poor service, she doubled down instead of accepting responsibility.
It was a headache. As a PAN agent, they are supposed to make the application process a breeze, not put customers in the position of chasing after them.
Stay away and go with a different agent. There are plenty who are good. Unfortunately, I wish I had checked PanCardNRI reviews before I purchased the service from them.
