Hello, since I paid through PayPal, it wasn't difficult to get my money back. My shipment was held and confiscated by customs. I contacted Panda because I had purchased insurance, but I never received a resolution, which was supposed to be provided by May 11, 2024. I was very upset, so I went to my PayPal payment history and reported every transaction I made with Panda: for the goods, shipping, other fees, and balance top-ups. I explained the situation to PayPal and, I swear, I got my money back for every single payment. Never buy anything from them again or expect to receive your insurance compensation unless you go through PayPal or your bank, through which you made the payment to Panda.

I hope you all get your money back through PayPal or other bank.

DONT LISTEN TO THE GOOD REVIEWS THEY ARE ALL FAKE and 100% sure the positive reviews are coming from the scammers. Looks like pandaforth has changed there name slightly too scammers. I am still waiting for my rose bear 3 years now lol clearly never seeing it. ALL I CAN SAY IS Scam scam scam please save yourself your hard-earned money and let Karma do your dirty work! These guys are worth a flush down the toilet, they are nothing but crap.

Everything went great but just the shipping took longer than expected and tracking updated slowly

I have noticed that they have shared my information with the thrid party! Since I have bought once from them then the scammers are calling way more than before and I am 💯% sure they have !!!!

i bought someting, but the sameday there was problems, and now i won't get my shoes anymore. Rip 60 dollars...

Theyre not shipping any parcels anymore “waiting for flight “for over a month

Pandabuy is usually good, but dont use them anymore.
Also contact your bank if you have things in their warehouse, or if your parcel was seized and you didnt get insurance.

We have 10 orders which are sitting in their warehouse and They don’t ship it because their system and email response says that they have lega problems due to the serivce aspect!

In Additional, we have 2 more parcels which return back to them in China!!!

They didn’t refund money to us or even didn’t tell us what happen to our parvels status

We also waiting for over 3-4 weeks now ! We are not only lost these money ! We will be Lise more money When we don’t have the products arrive in our countries!!!!!

Has anyone heard what's goin on, payed for shipping on the 12th of April n nothing about the goods, someone saying was raided or something, anybody else waiting and heard nothing yet

Pandabuy is a great site if you actually take the time to learn how it functions. All the negative reviews are from customers not understanding that Pandabuy is an agent that connects you with individual manufactures and therefore of course you have to pay shipping it’s not going to be free. Please do research and watch YouTube videos before arrogantly using the app and then blindly accusing it as a scam. I’ve had many huals and have never been disappointed with quick customer support and effective help definitely recommend.

getting alot of hauls lately, dont listen to people who complain about the shipping cost. Obviously its expensive to ship things from China to the rest of the world. Inform yourself first before buying and check Quality on bought products before shipping.
