Transmission did not go through, check assistant did not reply. Did not identify the problem and explain to me what is going on. Don’t replying my message, already told them that is urgent case yet that is no reply from them. Lousy service and lousy customer service to use others than this platform.

Still not received the payment and no contact or updates from PandaRemit. Extremely disappointed.
Avoid at all costs lest you lose your money like I have.
I tried PandaRemit because they advertise real-time transfers with zero fees. I sent money from my UK bank to my EU account, expecting it to be straightforward. Instead, it took nearly 20 minutes on live chat just for them to even acknowledge they’d received the funds from my bank.
The app shows “Payment Successful”, but the money hasn’t arrived, and support can’t provide a SWIFT reference, a tracking link, or even confirmation of which method they used to send it. If I wanted a slow, opaque transfer, I would’ve just used a traditional bank wire — at least then I’d know exactly where my money is.
Right now it just feels like my money is stuck in limbo with no real answers from their support team. I’ll update this if they resolve it quickly, but at the moment, I’m really disappointed.
I was excited to try this new service, however in future I will stick to more well-known providers if this isn't sorted soon.

If you’re considering using Panda Remit, think twice. Their WhatsApp customer service is absolutely terrible. The attitude, the rudeness, and the complete lack of basic comprehension is shocking for a financial service that handles people’s money.
My Issue :
I made a simple mistake — entered the wrong transfer amount — and immediately reached out to Panda Remit to cancel the transaction. Since their US customer service chat is always busy, I had no choice but to contact them on WhatsApp. I only needed one thing: confirmation that the transfer would be marked for refund once the funds were received, so it wouldn’t get paid out to the beneficiary by accident.
Their Response :
Instead of helping, the rep (no name given) responded rudely and completely misunderstood my question. They kept repeating the generic statement that “We can only refund after the funds are received,” which I already knew. The rep copy pasted the message about 25 times. What I was asking was whether the transfer could be flagged for refund, not processed as a normal payout.
I didn’t get a proper answer for over 48 hours. Instead, I got unprofessional responses like:
“We haven’t even received your fund. How can we mark it as a refund?”
“Make some sense.”
“Why are you asking us why YOUR ACH is not debited?” — which I never asked in the first place.
The tone was condescending, impatient, and downright disrespectful. No customer — especially one trying to fix an honest mistake — deserves to be spoken to like that.
I have emailed the screenshots of their WhatsApp responses to their company. I wish there was an option to upload it here.
Bottom line:
Their WhatsApp support has zero professionalism and even less customer service skill. If you want a company that treats your questions seriously (and doesn’t talk down to you), this is NOT it.

don't give up, if you are a German like me, bec the chance to open an account in the way of their software is zero without the hotline, but with hotline it is safe😊

you better use the hotline in English than in German bec their translator can bring you in a desperate situation of no hope-in English it works fine

If ever you don't understand well, but it is as it is: a bank account is opened in your name, so the receiver is that name of your ID. So you really need to send the money to yourself, don't forget to write the code of the transfer, then it can work in less minutes, if you use a real-time transfer.
And then you may say likewise me:

I'm really satisfied with Panda Remit as a long term user with its better exchange rates, lower fees and user-friendly operation. It has all mainstream currencies to fulfill my remittance needs. And it's very easy to click on its APP pages. I highly recommend it to any friend who needs to do cross-border remittances.

Everything is fine except for the limitation of remitting not more than $6,000 SGD. Unlike from the Wise app, I could remit to Thailand up to 2 million thai baht( around $80,000 SGD) for Kasikorn Bank.
