The level of protection that Panda gives is superior to that of the competitors.

The app is very confusing, not able to scam for issues. The person I spoke to regarding a possible virus couldn’t do anything about working on my iPad because he was working on a pc. I have to wait until I have access to my pc before he can help me. How working on my pc can solve an issue with an unconnected iPad, I have no idea and I have decided not to go down this route. I will not recommend Panda

I have used your product again and again and I have always felt secure while surfing the net or during my bank transactions. The only complaint I have to make is that it is not at all easy to talk to a Greek representative of yours either for the purpose of renewal or cancelling my subscription or for a technical reason.

I live in Ireland. I bought a Panda VPN to enable me to get British TV. It didn't work on any device. I cancelled it and asked for a refund under their 30 refund policy. They ignored me. I tried several times. They kept ignoring me. There are still 15 days to go before the 30 day refund period runs out. Panda Security did not provide money back security to me. Be careful. They'll ignore you.

Avoid this software at all costs. Within 24 hours of installing the Panda Dome trial, it unilaterally deleted my Windows Hello PIN and corrupted my hardware drivers (Client No: 671633712 / Case ID: 05422135).

I was forced into an inhuman login loop, manually typing a 64-character password full of exotic symbols and 2FA every single time the screen locked. This is a total disgrace. Furthermore, the software broke the Alienware Command Center, wiping my settings and severing the link between the OS and the hardware.

I had to hire professional support from Dell to reinstall my drivers and restore my system. I’ve attached a screenshot of the restored system as proof of the damage that had to be fixed.

To make matters worse, their technical support refused to take any responsibility during our remote session, dismissing these failures as a coincidence. Absolutely pathetic. If you value your time and your OS, stay far away from this liability.

I got a reply and a request for the details - the exact same ones that I already provided. I am literally not editing anything above "Edit" word, only adding this text. The reference number is already provided. Why are they asking this? That confirms they do not even read the reviews. They are asking me to literally copy-paste the reference number from the review. Why did I even writing a review if it is not going to be read? Are they really so thick?

I renewed my subscription, but I'm stuck trying to activate the new key. When I open the program and enter my email address, it freezes completely and won't let me go to the next step to input the key.

Please advise on how to fix this.

Panda blocks all system services under Windows 10 Enterprise. I need to manually confirm each proccess separately. Additionaly, automatic activation of your software just disappeared so whole procedure need to be repeated each run. Software has been uninstalled. It was a real horror for me.

I downloaded 19-December'25 Panda Dome Premium, that includes VPN unlimited. However I couldn't find VPN icon on settings. Contacted support via e-mail and received NO reply at all. Contacted 24/7 chat and explained problem , submitted screenshots, followed advice - nothing has been improved, still no VPN available. Last reply from online chat was "Techsupport will contact you via e-mail to sort out problem" . Nobody contacted me after that. Problem wasn't solved and no alternative solution offered. I paid for full package of Premium services, license for 3 years and didn't get quality service I expected / paid for. Already one week waiting for support !!??

This product has served me well for six years and I am all good on the security front.

Don't recommend this software to nobody it didn't block marware and damage my phone that I can't even used it it let virus going through my phone and I lost everything but everything i have to get a new phone and I have installed avg and so far so good will never used panda I have 2 years of subscription and lost and wast my money on this horrible software didn't block anything but anything stay away from panda

I'm using Panda AV since 2009. Very reliable, also on smartphone and tablet.

i just got your product but 3 minutes later it says" you exceeded your daily data limit upgrade to pro version paying more" and refused connection. And when i want to cancel my subscription it is said "no money back" although it was guaranteed in application period for 30 days money back guarantee.

I had difficulty in downloading Panda VPN, after I managed to download Panda VPN to my tablet, I was able to use it for only a few days, "Upgrade to Panda Premium VPN" message started to appear on the screen, and I was blocked from using the Panda VPN product, which I bought from your company, the money I paid went for vain.

The Company responded quickly to my enquiry and resolved successfully
