Pandawill never!

I am writing to file a formal complaint against the PandaWill store, recommended through the KuantoKusta website, for the following reasons:

In September of this year, I purchased a Google Pixel 9 Pro XL smartphone from PandaWill through KuantoKusta.

The device arrived broken. After several exchanges of messages on the platform, I was instructed by PandaWill to send the phone to France for repair, having fully covered the shipping costs.

Since sending the device, I have never received clear and verifiable information about the repair, whether it was actually carried out, nor about the current status of the phone.

Despite repeated promises, PandaWill has ceased to respond transparently and has begun providing false information. In messages dated December 10, 2025 and December 16, 2025, they repeatedly stated that the phone was "on its way to the warehouse," always refusing to indicate a shipping company or tracking number.

After contacting KuantoKusta, I was informed that, according to the available tracking, PandaWill has had the equipment in its possession since December 3, 2025, while continuing to send me misleading messages, deliberately creating a false perception of delay on the part of the carrier.

Given the complete breach of trust, I demanded a refund of the amount paid. PandaWill then began to delay again, now stating that it would question the carrier to obtain the tracking number, which is inconsistent with the information confirmed by KuantoKusta, which indicates that the cell phone has been in PandaWill's warehouse since December 3, 2025.

We are facing a situation of clear commercial bad faith, lack of transparency, provision of false information to the consumer, and non-compliance with legal duties regarding the warranty and the right to a refund.

I request urgent intervention to resolve this matter, with a full refund of the amount paid, including shipping costs incurred by me, as well as a reassessment of this store's continued status as a recommended entity on the KuantoKusta platform, given the described behavior.

I await a prompt resolution, reserving the right to appeal to the competent consumer protection agencies.

Don't buy from thieves!!!

Do not buy from these scammers. I have very bad experience with them. I sent them the phone for repair (during the warranty period), but they never gave it back to me. Actually they stole my phone! They are ordinary thieves! They asked me to send them the phone in its original box with all content!? (very strange request). Obviously they had intended not to return my phone. Never. After several months, they stopped communicating with me, completely ignored me. Such miserable thieves!

Panda will - shocking aftercare after buying phone

I bought an Umi Rome on preorder from panda will. After a few months faults appeared so returned under warranty in June and it is now September and apparently it's still with Umi! Got offered 30 usd against a different phone...erm thanks for the generosity guys but a repaired phone sometime before the end of the year will do fine. Avoid.

Do not buy from pandawill please.

You should never buy from these chinese sites. These guys are just looting people like us. Bloody a'holes took my money and never got the phone. Even if you buy pay via paypal and if they dont deliver by a month do not even ask them anything just go to paypal and get your money from there. Pure looters. Trust me guys.

Don't trust really fraud

I bought smart phone from pandawill on 29/10/2015 $110.00usd. My order number 100976668, they shipped on 31/10/2015, track no RF357974798SG, its arrived in my country Malaysia after 5 day. Items hold by customs for 10 days reason items unsealed. Then customs returned back to sender, till now I'm Waiting for new or refund my money back, I never get anything from pandawill, their said not responsible for items rejected by customs. I sent a lot of emails to customer care pandawill, their answers still waiting for parcel are was transit in Singapore now. I'm waiting for 7 month but didn't get anything. Their don't take responsibility for that and blame me my country. Pandawill really fraud and cheating me. I advise for those international consumers /customers don't deal with pandawill, don't take risks. Fraud..

They steal my money

I have ordered a phone, month ago. And for faster payment I used a direct credit card transfer. After 5-6 days I still haven't received the confirmation e-mail with tracking number. And all starts here... After alot of e-mails they told me that they have some problems with the transaction - they can't see if the paymnet is confirmed. They want from me alot of info - about the transaction ID, a copy of my bank account transfers and so on. They said "we must wait". After a month they still didn't send me my order. On my last 4-5 mails they didn't answer... They just rob me and i can't do nothing... Don't buy from them and if so, use Paypal...They are just Scamers....

Holly Crap!

at the end of 2011 i got a phone from this website, and it was a nightmare...
In the first 2 days, it worked fine, and just 2 days it started to restarted again and again, and soon, it shut down itself and never turn on again.
What TF the product they provided to me??? I contacted the seller, they told me to send the phone back and till now, it is still no answer.
It is $199.
I lost $199, they lost me.

DO NOT BUY FROM PANDAWILL!

Ok, you may think it's a great deal and you think you've saved a heap of doallars when you purchase something from this site. But in reality, if something does go wrong they are NOT interested in your warranty claim. They will ignore your requests, they try to delay the process as long as possible and in the end you are left with a broken piece of junk electronic.

Please do yourself a favor, save the extra dollars and buy brand name electronics from reputable sources. It will save you lots of time and grief if anything does go wrong.

Avoid Pandawill

Ordered UMI Iron, received it but the phone is unable to read from the SD. After months of asking to show evidence by providing video, they only offered $15 as compensation but I wanted it fixed. I spent $50 to send it sent it back for repair and 3-4 months later, I received it again claiming it was fixed. They lied. I tested it and it was the same exact problem. DO NOT DEAL WITH COMPANY!

Stay away from Pandawill

On two occasions I bought 2 cell phones and was generally satisfied with the phones.
The problems started when power button, flex cable) on the phone broke down and that was all I was looking for from them. After couple of months of negotiations and pictures of the part they sent me allegedly the replacement - BUT it was a useless plastic button not a described and pictured flex cable, and after that moment they have been avoiding any communication and not responding to the emails at all.
In the same time with all this going on they have also closed their message centre (aka tech support) online support. Of course, not due to this case but likely to all other open cases they had.
That tells you enough.
So my advice: stay away from them.

Fraud site! Awful support!

Last year I bought smartphone from pandawill. On their site specs was 512mb ram and 4gb rom. Actually it was 256mb ram and 256mb rom. Contacted with the support, they requested pics and in the end the told me that the specs are right. Think twice before buying from them - what you see is not always what you get.

Pandawill is a fraud company..cheated me

i brought a mobile phone from pandawill on 2 dec 2015(made the payment). took insurance, paid for special postage. With out my knowledge pandawill converted it a free shipment. when i contacted them they said postal service is not available in my place, But the fact is i live in downtown and we have that postal service.
When ever i email them they said" international postage it will take time". till date (almost 2 months)same reply. Now they are saying..they will investigate and it will take a bit longer and advice me to be wait.
NEVER EVER I WILL BUY FROM THESE FRAUD CHINESE companies ... FRAUD COMPANY AND FRAUD BUSINESS TACTICS ....

Extremely bad customer service

After two succesful orders my excpectations were high. Last December I ordered a phone and the payment was withdrawn from my cc, but the order remained unprocessed. After 5 e-mails (pandawill claiming that the money wasn't paid) the order finally was restarted and I received the phone. Upon reception I discovered the SIM slots were not as adverised, so I asked for a solution, since I cannot use the phone. After 30 e-mails I have not received a solution. You keep trying and hoping that an adequate anwser might come...but nothing. Calling the phone number as advertised on the web site does disconnect spontaneousy. Bottom line: I strongly discourage to order at pandawill. Please find another supplier. This extremely bad service is something no one deserves.

Faulty product, horrible customer service: I wish I would have read these reviews before buying anything

I ordered two smartphones (ZUK Z1) from Pandawill. The ordering and delivery went without any problems and I was very excited about the new phones. However, they both came with several bugs. I contacted Pandawill right away, that is 3 weeks after delivery day on Dec 17th, but I am still (Jan 8th) fighting with the customer service to get any compensation. I provided them with several videos of the bugs as they requested, but they were always stalling with the reply (I had to ask every time if they had received the video) and coming up with excuses, like the videos quality. Finally one week ago one person admitted that I have one bug on the phones from a 720p hd video, and a bit later, after sending an unhappy email about the decision, another person admitted that a second bug exists. After this they offered a 15$ coupon as a refund, which I think is ridiculous for two 300$ phones. Reading the reviews here, I now know that even though I should be allowed to return the product and get a full refund, I should not trust them to return anything to me. Still trying to negotiate better refund terms. I know only one thing for sure: I will never ever buy anything from Pandawill again!

Worst customer's nightmare.

Ordered Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 for $230 in the beginning of September, and not received it yet. The Support Team is extremely unhelpful, not even trying to investigate the case. Looks like I paid money for nothing.

what i bought, just in time. was the cheaper chinese e-shop.

I Bought one tablet (hyundai t7s) and lenovo k900's smartphone.
Very good prices, i noticed that the store is less cheaper now, and received them in time (FedEx shipment). Always answere on my interrogations.
They shipped the phone in almost 1 week, in place of 3 days, but i noticed there was chinese New Year's celebration. As they told me by mail.
Obviously the hyunday tablet, with high specs, is cheap instrument with
poor quality and obscene assembly, but looks like samsung note 8, so, it works fine and with impressive speed only for some mounth. on the other hand Lenovo's smartphone,with very high quality assembly and materials, after 2 years is still working very well.
I suggest to inquire about chinese's product before buy them.
