Pandle Reviews 

I’ve been using Pandle for a few years now. It’s a bit like the other options on the market and the helpline (whether human or bot, depending on the time of day or night you contact them) are generally very helpful. There are times responses don’t answer the question but you keep asking and you will receive the right help. I’m still learning as I go along as I am a small business owner (one woman band).
The team do everything they can to help and I’m so happy with the service. Especially after I’ve been trying to reconcile my accounts lately!

Sophie, the girl I was dealing with is excellent - communicates clearly, effectively and efficiently - she was more useful and responsive than my accountant!

I’ve been a Pandle user for a few years and have seen the package develop in good ways. Bookkeeping being far from my favourite task. Occasional technical and other issues as expected but generally resolved quickly with online support as was the case yesterday and into today with Ben and Frankie respectively.

Prompt helpful chat-based support

Connor from Pandle was super helpful. After steps to resolve the issue myself proved confusing, he very kindly offered to resolve the issue personally.

Spoke with Connor who was able to assist in a banking feed error. He understand the issue I was having and while he was unable to fix on this occasion he was able to identify a workout to update this. Highly recommend using both Connor and Pandle.

Had a technical issue with the Pandle service causing some of my balances not to match up, despite all transactions being correct. Connor assisted with liaising with the developer team to rectify the issue in a timely manner and kept me updated via web chat. Super useful to actually have a way of contacting human support that responds quickly and is helpful in fixing issues - rare in today's technology sphere.

The software isn't the quickest or the most user-friendly, however the support team is great

This is an easy platform to use and i find websites etc hard to navigate but once i found my way with all the tutorials. it has become very easy

I am a new user of Pandle but I have to say I have found it easy to navigate. I was able to input transaction manually, upload receipts and set up bank feed very easily. When I have question I can use the live chat where I get an instant response which is time saving. Over all, I am enjoying the software hence gave it 5*

Don't be deceived by the fact that the basic version of Pandle is free or that the paid for version is only £5 per month plus VAT. It is a fantastic system. I use it to do the accounting for three voluntary organisations that I am involved in. The functionality is impressive, although I don't use all of it. You can import bank transactions from bank feeds and the system has rules to automate the process. Big time savers.

It helps if you know some accounting. There are some minor irritations but they are insignificant compared to the major benefits.

If you are trying to do your accounts in a spreadsheet, give Pandle a try.

Pandle is simply amazing and absolutely essential if you want to streamline your bookkeeping and make accounts much less painful. An essential tool. If I have an issue the team is very helpful, shoutout to Connor for his prompt and resolute help.

I dont think it could be any worse!!
I have created an invoice and wanted to include in it the deposit already received against this product by raising a credit note against the invoice to be included in the invoice as a negative figure.... Pandle does not do that ... and I had to spend 1-hour waiting for their team to figure this out and confirm it to me... this is the most basic feature that Pandle does not have... and don't even get me started on all the other issues it has

The online support to setup the account to how to link the accounts . Very Helpful support team . I was helped by Frankie as I'm very new to Pandle system .
I would recommend Pandle for the accounting software to manage your account needs.

Pandle is a great bookkeeping app, but if like me accountancy leaves you cold, then it's not the most intuitive... even with the tutorials.
I also found the AI 'Luca' a little irritating!
However, the support team are always responsive and today Sara was too, very helpful. Thank you.
