Have not received my order
Have not received my order. I have called their customer service number multiple times and have never gotten ahold of anyone. I filled out an inquiry form online and have not received a response. I also emailed support. Buyers beware!

No communicating from Pandora, Product has not arrived
Product has not arrived. No email of confirmation of the order, no sense of when shipping will happen. Need to follow up with Pandora this week to see if they ever received my order. This request to rate my experience is the first evidence from Pandora that they are even aware of my order.

I ordered 5 tubes of Phyto masque. I had to inquire after nothing had shipped in two weeks. They finally credited one tube and shipped 4, but if I hadn’t followed up I don’t know what would have happened.
