Positive Experience
Positive Experience, they sent my PayPal payment immediately I sent them message. To me they are one of the survey site currently. Even though their payment delay or doesn't go with what they say after withdrawal, which to me has something to do with the integrity of panel leaders and I think they must fixed that.

Simply the Best.
I have been a member of panel opinion for couple of years now and I can finally says they are the best Survey site to end extra cash. Even though there are some lapses in their payment as it took longer than expected but they are still doing good.
I wish they could pay on time to satisfy their members. Highly Recommend.

Used to be a reliable site
Used to be a reliable site, plenty of good surveys, fast payout time and prompt response to queries. Cashed out on 13th May and despite their email stating 10 days, I still haven't received payment. Nor have they responded to my contact message. I see I'm not the only one, so alarm bells are starting to ring.

Great panel
Great panel, I am rarely screened out of surveys on this panel and they provide fair payments for tasks in my opinion. They have always paid on time and I have never had any issues with this platform

Asked for cash out of £10 via paypal on 9th May, still not received anything, I have emailed and message on facebook and no response, very disappointed.
Having read the reply I have already done this and received a response but still not been paid so issue not resolved!

Disappointing service… (Updated 13.6.2024)
I've been doing the surveys now for couple of years and I had no issues with the payout requests until recently: I submitted the latest Cash out-request on 22nd April and STILL haven't got the payment. None of my details have changed, so it's definitely not about me. I've sent two follow up emails to no avail plus contacted them twice through the platform. No one has even acknowledged my concern! Really low class service. I decided to share this matter since I saw few other people having the same problem, cannot recommend their surveys anymore.
UPDATE 13.6.2024: for all fairness I'm updating the situation here. Shortly after my review they finally contacted me via email explaining that there were hiccups in their payment systems. I wasn't very hopeful but today they sent an email again that the payment has been done, indeed it came promptly to my PayPal account. Adjusting the stars, was not a 5-star experience due to all the delays and lack of communication, but at least they solved the situation.

Great survey app
Great survey app. It functions well and is very user friendly. The screenouts are low and the cash out threshold is only £10. It takes approximately 5 working days to receive your payment but you can trust it will arrive. The support team are helpful on the rare occasions you do need to reach out.
