This site is amazing, though the payment was kind of slow in the first place. After I messaged them, I think they reprocessed it and my money dropped immediately.

The site is very easy to use and well laid out. Their customer service is also very responsive. It's a great platform to work with. I placed a withdrawal and received it within 10 days just like they indicated on the platform.

Surveys are rare and I have been waiting 25 days for my pay out they say there is a problem with pay pal hmmm

A bit hit and miss with surveys lately. Can't fault the quick response to my query regarding a cash out tho, response from them and my £10 wine money in my account within 2hrs. Cheers 🥂

I've seen a lot of negative reviews, but my experience has been quite different, although I don't get survey invites on my email. But I get surveys when I log into the website and my screenouts has been minimal. I recently joined panel opinion and I was able to cash out quickly, the surveys pay really high and it's one of the best paying survey sites. I mean I got my money sent to me within 10 working days. Although they're not much surveys but it's worth trying out and this is a thumps up to Panel Opinion.

First couple of surveys went well then everything I get now I seem to get screened out partway through a survey. So could spend quite a few minutes answering questions for absolutely nothing!! Waste of time!

Awful. Spend 15 minutes of a 20 minute survey answering in depth questions to the best of my ability then screened out for no reason. And surveys are as rare as hen's teeth. I might get up to a tenner by Xmas then I'm out.

I signed up few weeks ago, completed surveys and guess what? I just got paid today. PanelOpinion is legit 100%.

Surveys are ok, when you can get onto them.
Numerous times I've spent a long time completing the survey but do NOT get credited - a frequent occurrence!

Frequently complete surveys in full, giving in depth answers, the survey provider (the people who are paying Panel Opinion) say survey is completed, then Panel Opinion screen you out and refuse to pay you. AVOID!

Surveys are easy to complete but not very frequent, so it can take a while to build up points. Payment is also slower than other survey companies so be prepared for 10-14 days before you receive your payment and you may have to chase for it.

Completed a product test was informed I would be paid after the test. When I chased for payment I was advised I would have to wait 2 weeks this should have been notified at the beginning I was told. They failed to do that. I chased again to be told I would have to wait 4 weeks and this had always been the case. Funny as I spoke to same person everytime. I also received an email saying I was due to be paid less than agreed and was advised that was an administrative error and I would be paid the correct amount. It's a shame as used this company for several years however now I am not receiving the service they used to provide.

It started off well and showed promise but I then had at least 2 surveys in a row where I spent actual time going through the survey questions (not the screening questions) only to be told at the end "I didn't qualify".

Compared to other survey sites, this one doesn't give enough surveys and pays too little.

There are better ones out there.

Had an issue over a payment reward i was waiting for, and the staff at opinion panel solved it within 2 days of me messaging them, fantastic service and very courteous.

One of the best online survey groups I have ever tested. Now it's my number one I will always engage myself with, but the snag there is they should always provide regular surveys on the platform to keep me busy. They take time in providing surveys hence it may take time for one to reach a cashout goal. However, survey rewards should be reviewed so as to equate the interest and time taken by reviewers to be involved in them.
