Socks good, on-line shopping horrible.


Socks as always, of good quality, made for foot-shaped feet. Yarns used are high-quality and over time socks last well.

Sadly, the website didn’t offer the same certainty, seemingly increasing the price of products while I was using it.! The longer I was using the site, the more the price increased, adding VAT at the point when payment was being made, rather than including it initially.
It was quite stressful and stopped me from buying some extra socks as gifts for friends and family in case the prices increased again while I was using it.

Maybe I’ve been unlucky, but it looks dishonest. Perhaps it needs an overhaul.
