Childish Behaviour From a Financial Company
I just registered with the app. On registering there app have 3 address filed and my all documents have my address written on a single line. But after wasting my 2 hours of verification process. What a Childish Behaviour Never expected from the financial company.

Why you writed it in 3 fileds in our mobile app. which is actually designed by us.
But Really share more documents which are match exactly as our app registration form is designed.

Why your document have house no in a single line.
So we are unable to process your application. What a waste of financial system "MFSA". A big time of waste.
I really think, such craziness worth to mention for users experiences.

They have two card brands.
They have two card brands.. BLACKCAT card and gekkard.. But the companies services are not satisfying.. I applied for the GEKKARD but the card was not delivered to the address.. They forwarded ALOT of false excuses such as zip code not correct.. address not correct!.. but zip and address were correct.. In the end I blocked and cancelled the card which was not delivered but they still tried so hard to charge for the card not delivered already cancelled.. NOT REALIBLE.. Not customer friendly organizations STAY AWAY.. YOU can find better one.
