Items delivered late, damaged and one item short. Intended as part of a Mother’s Day gift which arrived late, damaged and short one item. Did include an unordered hard back pictorial account of what I assume was a work piss up which just added insult to injury. Very much regret my first, and last, purchase from this supplier, and only wish I had reviewed them before purchasing. Would provide photos but don’t appear to have that option. Everything went great, the delivery took about a week and a half, but all the products arrived perfectly wraped up and in great condition. No suprises inside, it was exactly what I had ordered! Great products!

I’ve ordered and paid two weeks ago, but I have no new information about my package, the tracking doesn’t work, and the customer service isn’t communicating with me.

It was a great experience.
It vane quick, was in perfect condition and looked great. Love the product.

Be careful when you order on their website because once you've placed an order, it's the end. Even if you cancel the order by calling them, they send you the order anyway. And even if you tell to them and to the delivery company that you've cancelled the order, they don't communicate so they deliver you anyway and you've lost money.
When you got a damaged product, they sent you a replacement product but the it's even worse than the first order.
I give 3-stars just because their product are beautiful but they're unable to solve problems...
