Amazing experience! The international delivery was incredibly fast. The print quality and the frames are outstanding — really exceeded my expectations.
Unfortunately, one of the larger frames was damaged during shipping, but the seller’s support was excellent. Within just 2 days, they arranged a free replacement without any hassle or questions.

Excellent quality product backed by great support
I initially received my frame with the glass broken, which was of course disappointing. However, the customer service was absolutely excellent. Charlotte was very responsive, professional, and helpful, and a replacement frame was sent quickly without any hassle. The new frame arrived in perfect condition, and the whole issue was handled in a very smooth and efficient way. I am very happy with both the product and the after-sales service and would definitely recommend this company.

Loved the art and frame selection, however I thought the print would come framed. In the end, it wasn't hard to put together.

When ordering a print and frame together, the print is intentionally not pre-framed. This is because the acrylic glass is protected with face paper on both sides to prevent scratches during shipment.
To ensure the print arrives in perfect condition, we recommend opening the frame upon delivery and carefully removing the protective paper. Handling the print as little as possible helps avoid stains or damage, which is why we choose not to pre-frame the prints.
We’re glad to hear that the assembly was straightforward in the end, and we truly appreciate your understanding and feedback, which helps us improve how we communicate these details.

Unexpected Shipping Costs
We ordered several posters, they are nice, but despite promising „free shipping“ for our Country at check-out, we received a high bill (50 Swissfrancs) from FedEx for shipping costs.
We contacted the Paper Collective customer support, but they only told us that this matter „is beyond their control“ and that this reason does not qualify to return our order.
So we‘ll never order from them again. Just thought I‘d share our experience, to protect other customers.

Everything arrived quickly and securely, but I didn’t realize I would have to pay further customs fees. It is written in the shipping details on the website but it’s very small and I would have preferred it if it was emphasized, because it raised the price by almost an extra 50%
