Great way to engage customers
I'm using the flip book for the very first time and found it easy to setup initially and hoping that it will be a great way of engaging my customers and future business. Being the dinosaur/technophobe that I am there have been a couple of bits that I struggled with but the on-line chat with Debra has been extremely helpful and her guidance has been spot on.

Perfect for short-term projects
I have been using Paperturn for several years to host our Media Guide for a local basketball tournament. Several reasons why I come back every year. 1) Easy to use. 2) Good analytics to share with the committee. 3) Making updates to the document are streamlined. 4) Price point for this short-term project is better than any other company.
As long as I am in charge of the media for our event, I will be coming back.

The Human Touch - Customer Service at its best
It was the May Bank Holiday weekend, and I was struggling to finish uploading a publication (admittedly, it was a large file...) I reached out to ask for help through the Online Chat. As it was outside normal working hours I did not expect a reply. Imagine my delight when Vanessza responded within the hour. My story has a happy ending - the publications are live, successfully duplicated, updated and published. But that human voice really did make a difference.
