Horrible first experience
Bought a msi PC case and it was a negative experience.
Delivery: Chose same day delivery option and placed the order at 11:00, but it was delivered next day around 22:30.
CS offered 1,95 refund initially, but upon asking the reason for partial refund, they offered full 4,95 refund.
Product: The pc case came without the official msi seal. It had clear marks of being opened and roughly repacked. Slight traces of paint and screw damages. MISSING COMPONENTS! (Fan spilitters, adapter, cable ties etc), only screws were left in there.. thanks I guess?
First and last purchase from this business when there are more reliable vendors out there.

I see in our system that my colleague has already processed the request to refund the €4.95. This amount should be refunded to your account shortly, if it hasn’t been already.
You purchased a product from our outlet, which means these items have been previously sold and, in many cases, used. Minor cosmetic damages can occur in some cases.
If there are any missing parts that should have been included, this is, of course, not our intention.
You always have the option to return your order within 14 days of purchase, provided it is a consumer purchase.

Two products with different deliveries
I ordered two products which were delivered on separate days by different delivery companies of which the second one (GLS) did not have a track and trace. Because our account showed that both products were delivered while the 2nd product had not been delivered and I had no possibility to track it it was quite confusing. I sent a WA to Paradigt and they helped me out and explained it.

Placed an order for a gpu /690, the ordered was cancelled without any contact and was told because I used revolut that the order was declined?
Complete bulls**t as they took the money from my card,cancelled the order and put the same gpu back on their page for 800 euro,
Complete scam artists,would never buy from them again,go to caseking.de for a good merchant

Outlet product, second-hand.
Ordered a outlet product that was clearly a second-hand product. Customer service told me that it can happen that a product has some signs of use though on their website stood that all outlet products are as good as new, this was clearly not the case. But after i send it retour i received a full refund.

This was the second time I ordered…
This was the second time I ordered something from paradigit. The first time was 7 years ago when I bought a desktop which paradigit assembled. And it has worked great all that time. It is now used by my daughter. But since I needed a little bit more power I bought a gaming laptop this second time. Delivery was very quick both times and it was easy to keep track of the progress. If you are looking for a desktop or laptop, or just spare components. Look no further. Paradigit is where you need to go.
