I apologize for the inconvenience, but you selected the least expensive and slowest shipping during a time when all shipping services were compromised because of COVID. We shipped to the address you indicated, with the method you selected. If you had wanted FED-EX global or another overnight service those were available.
Here is the exact timeline:
June 3rd - Product ordered
June 3rd - Product was shipped to the address provided in the order (note we do not edit or review addresses, labels are automatically created from the customers entries)
Product was lost/nondelivered by the post office.
July 6th you write us and ask why you haven't received the package yet, and we investigate this.
July 14th We find the post office insists it was returned, but there is no record of receipt, we never got the return so the post office lost the product, we file a claim (but in the US, because the product was shipping to the customer and the customer did not file for insurance we were not able to claim anything) Regardless of our loss, we offer to send you the product or refund.
July 14th you respond "You can send me again . But this time with a reliable service postal and more fast ."
July 14th we reply "We will ship it the same way you paid for the first time. If you want faster shipping it will cost more. The postal system said it shipped back to us and I know we did not receive it. So we are losing out here all together."

Tracking is recorded with each order and provided in your customer account, as well as emailed to the email you use to purchase the items so you have tracking information available.

The new product is shipped on July 16th to you, with tracking LZ667007293US, it arrives in Spain and at your local post office on August 3rd, and your local post office claims it is not possible to deliver as the address (the one from the label automatically generated from the information entered by you).

August 8th you wrote "I've been paying for this item for over two months.
May I know why it doesn't reach me?
I think now it's time to pay me back.
You have confirmed that you have sent it to me twice.
But the second tracking is also non-existent.
After 60 days I believe it is my duty to reimburse me."

Again all tracking is recorded in your account and every time we issue a label it our software automatically records the tracking in the customer account and emails the paying email.

8/9 we respond and inform you the package is sitting in Spain awaiting you to pick it up.

8/10 the package is collected

8/11 you confirm receipt of the package with your ordered product, and request a manual (which is available for download from the site)

8/12 we email you the manual.

It is disingenuous to say "They use an insecure, payment method" as at the time Paypal was used for all transactions. Paypal is a secure payment system.
We shipped the package to the address provided, twice, it was the postal system over which we had no control that had issues, it completely misrepresents us to say "They do not send anything (they send an empty envelope to a fake American address) and find excuses that the package has gone back."
We replied with in days so I'm not sure why you would say "Two months that I write and do not reply."
You confirmed receipt of the product so why would you say "$ 130 and I can't get it back. They are real scammers."
