DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!! Absolutely incompetent, horrible, unreliable, and unprofessional company. They don't get back to you in a timely manner & we have to keep calling them. They schedule appointments and do not show up. They say they have tried to contact you and have not at all and send you a letter saying they are going to place a lien on your house due to non-payment even though the project still hasn’t even been completed. Unfinished work & still trying to get them to finish. I regret going with this company. I would never hire this company for anything. Absolutely a nightmare company.

Do not use this company. We hired them to do a walk-in tub and almost 3 months after initial install it still doesn't work after 3 seperate crews, and it has leaked from first day of use causing water damage and mold/mildew, which is not repaired yet either, have lied on responses to BBB, and proof was then sent to BBB of the lies. If your already in process of doing business with these people get EVERYTHING in writing, either email, text or mail. They lie on the phone about appointments and resolutions.
Luckily we do have the recourse of filing with our home owners insurance and they will go after the costs to repair home. Cost of tub and install will probably need to be settled in Court as they refuse to set arbitration.

WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Sold us a bathroom remodel April 2016, Got us to sign loan from Service Finance(WHO IS A DEBT COLLECTOR) then took them 3 months July 25 2016 before they started a 10 day build. Took them 23 days to do what they did and walked off before completing Aug 17. Several days the builder didn't show up, one day the office needed him more(to replace a hot water heater on their rented office building) than he needed to be on site, truck broke down, hung over etc. Day 23 contractor walked off without job being complete. Finance company wants their money for a job NOT COMPLETE. We had to hire a new contractor to go back in and fix gaps that water from shower to plywood where builder over cut linoleum then water leaked out and worked way to floor joist and Sheetrock on first floor. Any communication with Paradise after was on their "WE HAVE A CREW WORKING IN YOUR AREA AND WANT THEM TO COME FINISH THE 30 MIN JOB ON OUR SCHEDULE" They want your money BUT WILL NOT DO A COMPLETE JOB. WARNING STAY AWAY. We have plenty of pics to back up the TRUTH. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
