Absolutely amazing service!! From my first message until my last I felt like a very valued customer. My order the SB dunk Powerpuff arrived the next day, exactly as described and in mint condition. I will definitely be shopping with Paragn again in the future. Their instagram account has good, up to date information and sneakers for sale well worth a follow. Hi there, Witek. First of all, it's reviews like this that can be so damaging to smaller, family run businesses and in our opinion they simply aren't justified. We personally text your phone at 7PM on Saturday evening to let you know we were incredibly sorry, but we didn't have your size in said shoe as they have sold out. We did however offer you a different size for the same price. So we did honour the price. We also marked the shoe, in all sizes as sold out so this doesn't happen again, the price change is an automated system that matches market value but irrelevant as they still marked as sold out. So everything you are complaining about is factual wrong. Hope you find the shoe with another company. Please don't shop with us again.
