A shop that cares about its customers
Ordered on the 21st December for a Xmas gift but wasn’t expecting to get them in time what with all the postal strikes but got a call from them around 1 hour after I ordered to say they were trying to get them to me asap which made it feel a personal service 😊
Got them on the 23rd,couldn’t be happier.
Definitely feel like they made a great effort to look after me and the shoes were a great price compared to most other stores too.
Would 100% recommend and will definitely shop with them again,thanks guys 👍🏻

Excellent customer service from Eddy , he picked the phone up and called me within an hour of me placing my order to update me and let me know everything had been shipped . Everything arrived when he said it would and we are really pleased with our trainers !

Great UK alternative to StockX
Purchased some Dunks from PARAGN, as StockX let me down, and I couldn’t fault the service. I received a call to tell me they were trying to source my size but could offer me a half size down to try in the meantime with the offer to replace if they didn’t fit. Sent out the same day and they fit fine so a really quick and painless experience.
Will definitely recommend and use again.
