Great old fashioned service !
Its not often you deal with a company that has people that answer the phone, are so helpful and eager to fix a problem and then do so quickly.
We ordered 3 boxes of paragon carpet tiles from them some had a problem in the cutting. I called to explain and they quickly sent out replacements at no cost arriving two days after the call.
I would definitely use this company again!
