Had a brilliant experience today at the Keswick store. Andy could not have helped more, telling me the ins and outs of each coat and which would best suit me. Thank you for all your help!

I love Paramo clothing they do such high quality outdoor products. I have several items of clothing from them including the Velez waterproof coat and more recently the Bentu fleece. I absolutely love this fleece! It is so soft and cosy. I love the purple colour and it is super practical for outdoor adventures with it's 3 pockets and it being wind and water resistant! I highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Páramo, and it really stood out during my visit to their Keswick store. The quality of their gear is already well-known, but what made the visit memorable was the incredible level of service.
The staff at the Páramo Keswick Store were genuinely outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed, offered thoughtful advice without any pressure, and made sure I left with the right kit rather than just making a sale.

Very nice experience and explanation from Luke! He took his time and answered all the technical questions and doubts I had. Being a gore-tex/membrane type of guy, all my life/career and having very good field experience and proof that those membranes work, he had a hard time convincing me haha.
But...! I have trust in the product and will put it to a harsh test in my upcoming Guide season in Iceland. So Luke, I'll know where to find you if it lets me down ;)

Andy in the Keswick store was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, he helped us make the right decision about buying a Cascada coat. He took the time to make sure that we understood all of the options and made the best choice for us. There was no pressure selling, just great customer service- thank you!

I ordered a women's Paramo Alta jacket in a medium, from BCH Camping. I have previously had an Alta in a medium and the fit was fine. I wanted a bit bigger than a small to leave room for a bag under the coat as I have done with the previous coat. I have also had Paramo Cascada jackets in a small and the fit was also fine. The Alta that I received this time was 10 cm smaller than the previous medium Alta and also the small Cascada jackets. This was not made clear on the website that sizing is a lot smaller than it was. I ordered in good faith. I therefore had no choice but to return the jacket. I had to insure the item for £300 in case it went missing in the post and this cost £14 to return. BCH Camping point out that returns are at the buyer's expense. It has put me off buying Paramo again. I struggled to find the actual measurements for each size on BCH Camping website or the Paramo website. The returns information on the Paramo website is also difficult to find as is the complaints email address. When I finally found an email address for Paramo, I have emailed a couple of times (once about the repair service) and never received a response.

Really enjoy his service, and as an outdoor instructors, I've got a lot of paramo products which I love and continue to champion to my customers.
