Sharon and Nikki provided a very professional service for the Inventory/Schedule of Condition Checkout of the property. They were thorough, unbiased, detailed and provided an accurate report of what they saw and photographed. I was impressed with their concentration to the job in hand regardless of potential other distractions. I would not hesitate to recommend and will be using this company in the future for Check-IN / Check-OUT and also mid tenancy inspections..

Not independent! Poor Service
Meant to be a totally “independent” report but that’s not the case. Took over a week to compile the report and even after payment it took a further 3 days to get this. Poor communication, not responsive to emails and a very one sided report. I had the report reviewed afterwards by a independent Landlord who regarded the report as “Shameful” My view would be to avoid and go elsewhere! They were late for the appointment, walked around in shoes on a clean floor and took input from a third person. So, on reflection , not independent, not professional and not reliable.

Fantastic
Fantastic! I came across Paramount Inventories after I was let down by the other 2 companies so I had very little time left to have the full inventory done as my tenants were moving in the next day. They came on time, were very professional and delivered the report in less then 24 hours. Full 5 stars from me!
